Halifax Stanfield International Airport
We flew into Halifax to visit family in New Brunswick. We were so impressed with the airport. It's so clean, and organized, everyone was friendly and helpful with our toddler. Plus going through the airport security was so organized and I feel like larger airports in Canada need to learn from Halifax in both organization and friendliness.I honestly wish we could fly through here more frequently as it truly was a delight!

Very cute and convenient airport in Atlantic Canada. Has great amenities. Loved the connection from the airport for rental cars. After collecting the luggage, take elevator to P1, cross the passage; right across the road, there is a section dedicated for rental cars. There are cute gift shops in the airport. Eating joints are also nice.

Halifax Stanfield International Airport
It was smaller than I expected, but that made it almost cozy. Clean, the customs and security folks were polite and professional. I recommend doing like we did and pre-declare. They have a bunch of stations to finish the process. If you have an issue, the staff is there to help in a timely manner. Car rental is right across from the terminal. Again, cozy.

Halifax-Stanfield is a wonderful airport. We were traveling internationally and when going through the border service/customs, we had absolutely no problems with anything. It is also very clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

Halifax Stanfield International Airport
Halifax International Airport is one of the busiest airports in Canada, which so many might not have noticed. I usually develop a phobia when luggage is taken in at aircraft, i often lose my luggage.It happened to me with one of the major airlines in Canada which I don't want to mention the name of the airline, though the case is still in court, very poor customer service, they enjoy so much impunity from the government, so they don't care about you.New development is here when I see that more airlines are springing up, so the market is being competitive.Let me know what you think.

I spent a lot of time there on Monday and found the airport quite relaxing .I enjoyed the memorial for the RCMP officer. The airport has changed quite a bit since flying in over 20 years ago.

Stanfield Airport in Halifax NS is a decent, small but functional airport. It's reasonably modern, clean, never terribly busy, and has kept up with the times. Parking is good, the airport is 30-40 minutes at most from virtually anywhere in the city. I've been flying from here for over 40 years.

The airport is a bit small. The check-in counter is too far from the domestic security checkpoint. The swoop airlines is terrible. Avoid them at all cost. I hope that we can add more AC and WS. Even Porter is fine.
