Not very professional! But it's decent! They didn't provide me with any records or receipts! They told me I'd get those upon completion of the bond payments.....WHO DOES THAT?

Nothing!!!!!! The 1 star is by accident... I would never recommend this agengy to any one. Dan really rude didn't call to let me know anything then Alicia (very rude) was upset cause I keep calling back trying to get info NEVER EVER USE THEM .... THEY ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE OWNER INFO DAN HUNG UP IN MY FACE CAUSE HE SAID HE WILL NOT TOLERATE me talking over him... I gave them my money and my loved one is still in there

Terrible paid them at 5:00 to get someone. They never call you tell you anything. These people by far are the unprofessional kind.I mean they get that money, tell you anything. Their lazy @$$ hell.PERIOD I'll never recommend them to anyoneWhat's crazy I used them for my uncle last month same thing..last resort ,I still got f#%@**

I paid them a collateral of $800 in November they told me to save my receipt upon closing of the case. I called them the day case was closed to get my money back and they been giving me the run around since. They never told me about paperwork they suppose to give me the courts had to tell me. Now they keep telling me they will send me the paperwork and I’ve called 4 times it’s been over a month and they still haven’t sent them to me. I see they get your collateral and don’t want to return it.

Unreliable serviceCame to bail someone out, gave them the amount they asked for and they expected a three day wait for him to get out. Only to go home and the next day they call asking for twice the cash. I canceled the bail with them, delaying another week for his bail. Let alone, it took them a month to give me back my money. Slow service, two-faced staff and they still had the guts to give me a fee to cancel it.
