The lots closeness to the hospital makes it very convenient.Cost to park quite reasonable however I have never been able to get a receipt after paying for my parking.What am I doing wrong?

Dirty needles in the stairways. horribly slow people going 5 all the way to the top when there is no parking anywhere till the top. Takes a long time when leaving around 2 to 3pm and at 7 to 8am. Prices for the state of the place are horrendous.

Friday, 8 December 2017... it took over one hour to exit the Chown Parking Garage, after the sold out Barra MacNeil Grand Theatre performance. Everyone had prepaid the flat rate for parking, but every single car exiting was charged an additional $0.75 at the exit gate — so exiting bottlenecked.

Visited Kingston one time and parked here over night one time, car was broken into and was told their is no security devices in place absolutely a miserable experience. Wouldn’t recommend parking here to anyone.
