Highly do not recommend. Bought a $22 paint stick for my son's car that was not working. The paint barely came out and upon several coats did not cover up stone chips. I was told it was user error"....it's a paint stick. It's not rocket science. I asked for a refund so that I could purchase touch up with a paint brush version instead. 2 managers later they said no. Is refunding $22 not worth your clients satisfaction? Sad to see. I drove all the way from the county."

They have good cars but their service department is hard to get hold of. Website doesn't work well for booking appointments. If you call them they put you on hold and forget about you. It is insane that you bought car from them and willing to pay higher amounts for service due to warranty issues, still they don't have time for you.

Absolutely amazing service and people. I was in a situation on which I live 3 hours away and my Nissan had some issues I called for help possibly thinking this may take a day or two but NOPE!! They were on it immediately my day was not well with some other things and this team of Nissan employees all came together and made it possible for me to not only understand the issue but took the emergency to heart and like I said acted quickly to get my car rolling again. Honestly if anyone has any issues this is the place to go they are a team base which they achieve all problems quickly and make all ur worries go away and they also go above and beyond to help u feel calm and uknow ucan rely on them for anything. Honestly if i went to a mechanic with these issues i would would be paying sky rocket prices and the wait would be longer than the hospitals in windsor. Thank u Nissan I appreciate everything ♡

We purchased a Nissan Qashqai in Feb 14/2022. The version we were after was not on the lot ( Qashqai MT S ). The salesman Chris told us it would be slim to find that car let alone the colour we wanted. But he did find one after a few days and gave us a call. The problem was it was coming in by train and would be a month before we could take delivery. Actually for us the waiting was not a problem and about a month later we got our new car. The car itself we have found to be a good car. Fuel economy is what is claimed by Nissan for the city. Highway is some what better 6.8l/ 100km. Our experience with that will give you about 760 km range on a tank of gas which is 55 litres. Lots of safety features. Easy to get in and out of as it sits a little higher than our old car. The entertainment system is not bad at all although I have read that some critics don’t like it. If you are looking for a standard shift base model car. Give it a look. Price $22,198. Plus fees and tax. About 25 thousand out the door. You can’t get a decent used car for that price today.

I had an electrical defect in my car and I took it to them and they told me that the Alternator had the problem. I changed it after that the battery light inside came on and I checked the old one and it had no problem and after that I tried to turn on the cold air and if the air was hot they emptied it out of the air. I think they are crazy They don't know what they are doing and I don't recommend them highly. They really do make a mockery of customers.

I recently brought my vehicle in for a “system malfunction” light on my dash that had gone away just prior to the appointment and was told there was nothing they could do about it until the light comes back on. So I decided to get my oil changed since the vehicle was already there.Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that they had washed the exterior of my vehicle WITHOUT my permission or knowledge. Which would normally be fine if I didn’t have my vehicles paint corrected and ceramic coated which had cost me hundred of dollars initially.Bringing it into the sunlight I immediately noticed an intense amount of swirls / scratches on my black top roof, Bpillar plastics and even my back drivers window.I brought the vehicle back for the service manager Cristian to “inspect” it where he completely dismissed my concerns and would not honour the complaint. He even took me back to the detail bay where they were clearly using brushes and dirty soap - after explaining to him and showing him what brushes could do he said he “did not believe me and that I couldn’t prove anything”. We went outside to the brand Infiniti suv going out for delivery where I again showed him the piano B pillar and how absolutely trashed it was with swirls and scratches. He then agreed with me and told me that it must be the brushes but upon his “further investigation” he told me the “deal was off” (there wasn’t a deal to begin with) and said it comes from factory that way.I work at a detail shop at a dealership with much more volume and no this is not the case.His customer service skills were absolutely horrendous and does not put “the people first”. So now I have to spend another couple hundred dollars to have my vehicles paint corrected and ceramic reapplied, because of a simple question the service advisor decided not ask me. Completely unacceptable and will not be returning for service at Nissan of Windsor.Buyer beware to thoroughly check your paint upon delivery and picking up after the “courtesy” wash.

These clowns deactivated airbags during service & safety certification and now are asking for $400 to fix" the airbags issue.1. Airbags were working perfectly fine before going to this dealership and spending $800 on service.2. Immediately right after the service
