Lots of fun, but pretty crazy. They have a section just for toddlers and do times during the week dedicated to little ones. Staff carry ice on them at all times for a good reason

New year's Eve, they went to black lights, disco ball and a DJ.Rates have recently changed, lower. It is a very reasonable place for the price to take the kids. It is also acceptable for adults to come.There is an obstacle course, trampolines covering the entire floor, a foam jump pit, a dodgeball court, and basketball net.There are vending machines, but no coffee bar or foodservice.Parents, head to your favorite coffee or tea shop first, and maybe grab a drink for the kids or you will be shelling out big bucks for refreshments.I will be back.

My daughter loves going here but only for toddler time. She goes almost once a week....but 4 times since Christmas we have gone and been told there was no toddler time. There have been no posts on the website or on the door. A few times we have waited in line for over 20 minutes to find out that toddler time is cancelled. So....we have tried calling before making the trip over and one time was told that toddler time was on ,come to find out we get there and it isn't. Another time told it was cancelled but would resume the week after....and of course we show up and .....cancelled. Staff here need to get more organized and inform their customers about what's going on. Great place, but PLEASE.......POST YOUR TODDLER TIME CANCELLATIONS on the door maybe a week or two prior .

Require more staff. Dodgeball zone needs to be fully supervised as it is free for all" and very dangerous for younger kids. Overall

Went into this with high hopes and excited. The area was a decent size but the whole experience was diminished by the fact the employees spent the whole night either flirting with each other and other visitors. On top of that children were basically a free for all and were only told to either obey the rules or slow down when they absolutly had to. Was a fun time but annoying to have to watch your back every 5 seconds for kids who were running all over the place directly behind you.

Very unimpressed with the staff at this location. Bunch of teenagers too busy flirting with boys and playing on their phones to worry about the safety of the jumpers.

Great fun time for family and children. You can organize birthday events there. Free parking available. Very reasonably priced. I paid 46 CAD for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, in addition to one adult.

We went for the first time ever! It was loads of fun! My little one loved jumping in the foam pit. You can purchase by the hour. We had 2 hours purchased. It's a great place to jump it out.

Great place for the kids (or kids at heart)You can purchase one or two hour segments.If you need more, simply purchase more time. There are * refs that survey the play area. Good place for birthday parties

Can be a bit pricy especially if there is more than one person ( family of 4 or 5 ) but that said very fun, my daughter had a blast and I felt she was safe. I also like the fact that I was able to get a free bracelet so I can supervise her activities and follw her where she wanted to go.
