The dentist is really nice. But my complaints are: it shouldn't take 2 hours for a cleaning and examination. I get you want to take in as much people for more money but come on. The dentist doesn't freeze enough, never have I ever had to hype myself up to finish fillings appointments or have had to stop a dentist before because of pain. I don't get why I have residual pain in certain teeth after my appointments. Can't chew gum or chew food around certain teeth now. The quick get in for appointments was nice, the bird music was annoying but should definitely look else where.

Friendly staff and great overall experience. I called for an appointment and they made time the next day since I had minor tooth pain (non emergency) for assessment and cleaning. Look forward to that being taken care of in 2 weeks now! Thanks dental dreams

This is absolutely first class all the way. From the wonderful staff that greet you at the front desk the hygienist that did my cleaning and of course Dr Loewen always treats you as a valued client.It is so clean and has a really pleasant environment which is calming and professional.The parking is a real bonus tooI would recommend Dental Dreams to anyone who is looking for the best dental care And if you want to be treated like you are appreciated as a client.

My recent experience (one week ago) with Dr. Loewen and his dental team was great. I had crowns put in last week and the final results were better than I expected. I honestly cannot stop looking at my teeth. They’re so straight and ‘full’. I ground my top front teeth so bad, it had to be replaced. The colour also matched the rest of my teeth so I didn’t look weird. The crowns and colouring was on point. The service provided was professional, courteous and they made sure I was happy with how my teeth looked.

My experience at dental dreams went better then expected. I have a bad fear and anxiety of the dentist. Dr. Lorien and his staff where patient and calmed me down. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating to your needs. With the office being open on the weekend it’s wonderful for those patients who can’t get the time off during the week. I would recommend Dental dreams for your next dental experience.

Terrible reception, told me they'd call back on issues with EIA insurance and coverage the next day, as in their ads they say they deal with EIA, never did. When I called about it the next day they had no idea what I was talking about. Had no clue what EIA was and kept asking what insurance I had. When I finally asked to cancel my appointment she kept trying to move around the topic and get me to reschedule.I practically had to yell that I wanted to cancel my appointment before she finally understood. Seems like a decent place to go to, the receptionists and their lack of communication skills ruined it.

My children and I have been with Dr. Loewen for over 3 years now. I was apprehensive of going to the dentist as a result of past bad experiences with going to see a dentist. Dr. Loewen has changed my experience for the better with how well he cares for his patients in making them feel comfortable and at ease. My children and I have no concerns and worries going to see him. We are so happy to see him again at his new clinic. The clinic is a beautiful, bright and open place, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. We will continue going to see Dr. Loewen and his friendly staffs and would highly recommend Dr. Loewen and his staffs at Dental Dreams for your dental needs.

Very professional and a pretty great staff! Dr Loewen and Paul have taken really good care of me when I needed my wisdom teeth removed. I also heard more than I was expecting (in a good way because my issues were not noticed before) when I went for a second opinion on another matter. I sincerely appreciate the attention to details when it came to my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great genuine service
