My bike broke down 1,5 hours outside of Medicine Hat and i had it towed to Southland. They helped me out great and got the bike going again as soon as we got the replacement part. True professional mechanics and super helpfull staff. Above and beyond, these people are awesome!

Amazing service for a traveller on his way across the country.I arrived to my campsite the night before and immediately noticed my chain was about to self destruct. The dreaded red dust covering my wheel and swing arm, chain loose even after adjusting it all the way out.I made my way to the doors of Southland for opening time, and told them about my situation. As soon as the first mechanic showed up he hopped on my bike and drove it around back. I heard a grinder cutting my old chain off within minutes.Less than 30 minutes later my bike was brought out with a new chain, ready to continue on my trip. Can't beat that!

Experienced, Skilled and Detail Oriented! I brought in my 2018 Yamaha FJR for first service along with some burn marks on left muffler. He fixed exactly what needed to be done. Impressed!

This dealership is the very best ! They came directly to my home to see what was happing with my husband bike. We very polite and knowledgeable. To my embarrassment the issue was totally our fault.!! A container of conditioner broke and drained out under his motorcycle while we were gone. It was thought to be oil since we had just had it serviced. IT WAS NOT AT ALL. SOUTHLAND SENT MECHANICS OUT TO OUR LOCATION WITHIN THE HOUR OF A CALL TO THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE to them for our mistake and thank them for their professional attitude and promptness in helping us out. They are the best.

Got them to order me a replacement Breaker for my Yamaha generator. The one they ordered was the wrong one and would not fit the generator. They then charged me a 20% re stocking fee. They wouldn’t take it back and refund me my money. It was their screw up as they ordered the wrong one. I shouldn’t have to pay for their screw up. They then told me to shop online instead. Don’t worry I will from now on. Absolute Joke!!!!! Plus $165 for a breaker is crazy!!! Horrible customer service!!!! Go somewhere else!!!

My sincerest apologies for my previous post. I did not have all the correct information. Southland did everting to help fay out and the issue was 100% their fault , the mechanics were very understanding in explaining what we had found was not oil. But the Southlands dealership were great in assisting us at soon as we had called. Panic is panic my apologies for not speaking with family before making my post. Not mom and dads fault I did this on my own and hope this repairs the incorrect information I put in the post which I have deleted.

Brought my Motorcycle for a simple insurance claim. Installation of stock driving lights. Repairs were made parts replaced. Light were slapped on from the box not tested im guessing as they are both pointing right. Called to inform the owner Tom, was told guess he assumed they would be aligned already." I replied I thought you would like to know what service you customers are getting.In short He didn't care. What once was a store I would recommend to everyone I knew I will never shop at again. Sad to see thing go down hill."
