I had lots of questions about my warranty, what services are provided and what is included and Elisa was always there to help me out and was very patient. Thank you for all your help!

We bought our travel trailer from safari RV and the experience was great! Honest, quick and friendly.We’ve also dealt with their service department and as far as service goes, they are top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly and willing to talk to the customer to make sure they are getting what they want.I highly recommend this RV dealership and service department (if your trailer needs repairs).

After a few miscommunications during an incredibly stressful event, safari’s service team came out to assist us with our brand new 2023 vibe’s flooding issue. A few things were not explained properly and I can vouch that it doesn’t take much in the heat of the moment for wires to get crossed. Matt in service immediately came out this morning and was able to explain and fix anything that needed fixing and even went as far as bringing a spare propane tank for us since he saw both of ours were empt my and levelling the trailer properly after finishing the repairs. I have to say I am definitely blown away by that! I will however be Pursuing forest river for damages to my golf cart and for the event itself that we ended up paying for. It was negligence on their part and they need to be made aware that it is unacceptable. Safari however has done their part, will continue to do their part in the future if needed and we are good to enjoy our brand new trailer again. I am grateful and appreciative and my faith is definitely restored in the company!

Never buy rv from this place they will smile and nod at you make promises to get you to sign the dotted line and then say it was a miss communication after delivery then if warranty issues Aries good luck they tell you to call your insurance company even if you owned the trailer for 11 days and it's a 2023 and had issues from day 1 and u call them they give you the run around. Very disappointed stay away unless you want to be scamed and to the owner of Safari rv maybe you should try picking up the phone before making inaccurate and fales statements responding to Google review and find out what truly was said and try to solve the problem and not leaving to management staff who use the term miscommunication in all sentences.

Very good and efficient teams (sales, parts and maintenance services)! Elisa was really efficient when time came for communications with the manufacturer about warranty work that had to be done on our trailer. Cheers to Safari RV in Rockland!

We had a great experience at Safari RV, where Sam helped us research and purchase an awesome Coleman Lantern bunkhouse trailer.We were new to this, so between our January purchase and April pickup we often had questions. The staff at Safari were patient, encouraging and knowledgeable, so by the time we picked the trailer up we had contact with Sam, management, finance, service and parts. Everyone was awesome. Whether in person, by phone, or via email, all communications were at a standard of absolute excellence.In addition to having great prices, Safari gave us a discount on many things we needed to purchase for the upcoming season on pickup day, and their prices even beat Amazon.We got an excellent RV at a great price, lots of helpful advice about how to select, operate and maintain our new trailer, and we picked it up with everything we need to enjoy it and keep it in tip top condition.See you at Cedar Shade all summer.

Great service and professional. Mathieu is one of the best hard working and he his there when help is needed with camper issues. Quick in answering any questions or worries. Great overall dealership!! 5 stars for all staff :D
