I tried to reach them out so many times during regular business hours, but nobody answered the call and no one responded to the message I left for them. Google ad says 24 hours available. Very unprofessional. I would give them Zero star if there will be an option.

A fantastic small business that I will be recommending to anyone needing the services of a locksmith!Rob saved the day by rebuilding the door lock on my Honda Pilot. He was professional, fast (just over an hour), and just excellent all around customer service. Thanks a bunch Rob!!

I called because my friends were locked out of their rental unit and he was unavailable because his truck was out of order but he was still super helpful. He reccomended me other lock smith's as well as an after hours option for another place. He was also able to awnser my questions about ID being in the house. Knowledable and willing it help! Amazing!

very good service. had to call on a sunday 03/21/22021.his name is rob. my key was locked in the on position. could not get it out.he took my whole steering console apart..it was second hand to him.he charged me. 350.00 bucks. plus taxes/ no break on pricing.he was also busy going to his van. to talk to who knows .that turned out to be one and a half hours..24 hr service sucks.i hope he had lunch on that bill. not happy..randy k

We had a break in and needed some work done. I was given great advice by Wizard, and while it wasn't to use their services, it was the right advice. Anyone willing to pass up a sale for the greater benefit of their customer is 100% trustable in my experience. Wizard will be my 1st call going forward.

Within 30 minutes Rob came to help me out cause I lost my keys, he even lowered the price a bit cause I'm right before payday and broke. New keys work better than the old ones haha. Great service, would absolutely recommend it.

Rob came out within 2 hours of me calling him and had the keys done for my vehicle in about an hour. So happy and grateful for the service & stoked that I have two new keys for when I inevitably lose one again 10/10

Had a relative lock their keys in their vehicle. Rob was great, he had to call back because he was in the middle of something and called back immediately. Then he made sure the time worked and came out an hour earlier because it was quite urgent on our end. Was polite, prompt and had a great experience. Paid what was quoted and it was worth it. Thanks again!

Rob bailed me out of front door fiasco, arrived when he said he would and fixed my problem very quickly. Rob is a very nice guy, leaves a clean work area, fast and efficient. A great service to have in the Western Communities.
