We’re supposed to deliver an item containing three pieces, told me they only had two. I looked right at the third box in his truck and he told me that it wasn’t mind, my order was complete. He was incorrect, now I’m trying to track them down to find out where the third box was. Unprofessional, no phone number, next time I will cancel the order if FedEx is delivering

Terrible service and employees are not very helpful - they also lack skills / desire to find out information. Ordered a package for Xmas that still has not come become of slow service and driver errors. It has been sitting in town for 15 days somewhere and everytime I talk to an employee to find out what’s going on they had no idea and lacked the will to find out.

Still garbage!Got notification of delivery. No fresh tire tracks on my driveway (snow) no package at my door. Proof of delivery sent to me......

I've been waiting all day for a delivery, purposely waiting!! I'm very aggravated there's no number I can call in PG. I could have been out and back already! Now I'm going to miss them and will have to pick my parcel up. If I'd known it was shipping FedEx and not Canada Post, I wouldn't have ordered. The last time I had FedEx deliver something, it was the very last box on their van and wasn't secured. It was allowed to just slide all over. If this order is damaged. . . . . .

what a joke of an organization, Ordered on package and shipped it fed ex then ordered a second package (same store same day just different shipping option), waited all day and what happened at 3:02pm i get a notification...your package has been delayed, then not 5 seconds later ....package undeliverable no one over 19+ available to sign...umm what yes ladies and gentlemen the driver that is too incompetent and lazy, didn't even attempt delivery as I was home all day waiting for this, he LIED then when I called there customer line, the defended him, then I was told no sir it WILL be delivered we will make sure the package arrives at your location today.... 3:42pm (DING) package undeliverable no one over 19+ available to sign.......are you kidding me...... LIED again, I will NEVER ship with fed ex again....In Short..UnreliableLiarsUnprofessionalIncompetent

I do not understand why FedEx is in the business of delivering parcels, when it is such a hard thing for them. It's bad enough they can't deliver packages to where I live. But now they will NOT even hold my packages at there facility for me to pick up.But they'll repackage it and send it with CanadaPost? delaying me from getting my packages an additional 3 to 4 days, when I could easily pick it up from there facility the same day it arrives. But there NEW POLICY doesn't allow that. If I didn't have to deal with this joke of a shipping company, I wouldn't! But unfortunately I cannot change who my business company ships from.

They only ever send out one delivery person Even for things that are obviously a two-person lift the box even states it is a minimum two person lift. Then the delivery driver leaves it in the middle of the driveway for a 5 ft 110 lb woman to take into the house by herself. And let's not even get into the damage that is all over this box which would be expected considering the company seems to think that a single person should lift heavy weights.

I ordered a package that came in and they phoned about the service fee that I had to pay at the door and everything was fine. Until the next day I found out my package has been sent back to the owner because of an “accident” shouldn’t happen...

Always get poor service from FedEx, delivery drivers won't even begin to attempt a delivery if you live in an apartment building and they usually deliver between 9-5 which for most working individuals isn't very helpful. Not a very professional business overall compared to any other parcel delivery service.
