I went in with a non-functioning cable box, and came out with new upgraded equipment. The person that served me was Neeraj Sharma, and she was exceptional! She gave me exactly what I wanted, plus more. With the BlueCurve she gave me, I now have the PVR that I didn't get when I asked for it during my initial install 2 years ago, my internet speed is tripled with my new modem, and the smart cable box means I finally don't have to hook up my laptop for my Netflix and Prime. Neeraj explained everything simply and concisely, and even supplied a phone number for a technician just in case I have challenges with setting up the newer, sleeker hardware. There was not a single question that I could come up with that she hadn't answered! Oh and one more thing...the extra cost to me when it was all done was $4 more a month than I was paying for my outdated components and service. Yes that's right, not a typo...$4! Thanks so much Neeraj! I would definitely recommend Shaw to friends.

We had an exceptional customer service with Bev at SHAW Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna. She was very nice,patient and answered all our questions and more. She went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks Bev.

It's so unbelievable how each staff says different things. Can you please make sure that every staff has all information correctly?! It is so frustrating. I went there last Saturday and they said the Black Friday promo is not applicable so come back Monday. I went on Monday and the staff (different one) mentioned that the phone I want is out of stock and that they will have delivery this week. She also mentioned Black Friday promo (Waiving of activation fee) is applicable over the weekend when we came and they had stocks at that time. I explained to her that we were given a different info and she has this unapologetic face. This lady had the most unwelcoming aura ever. It's like her face just says get lost

Shaw tv is almost unwatchable tv service I’ve had. Whenever I try to watch a live show or a popular show it sketches out the entire time. I can’t listen to a single song, speech or sports play without the cable cutting in and out. I can’t say how unsatisfying it is to pay $180 a month to not be able to watch a complete show. Thank you so much Shaw cable

I canceled my internet with Shaw like 6 months ago and they have not contacted me since, today I find out they've sent collection agency dogs to retrieve like a hundred bucks or something from me. Just call me next time in a timely manner?? Now you've lost money paying the dogs when you could call me or email me

Went into Shaw at Orchard Park and had the best customer service with Jithin! I switched service providers and also bought a new phone. He went above and beyond any service I have had with a phone company amd made the process actually fun! If you need a new phone or service provider I would recommend going to Orchard Park Mall Shaw store and see Jithin! !

The customer service for Shaw is one of the best I have dealt with.I talked to a lovely customer service rep named Grace, and she was absolutely patient and very accommodating. The reason I will definitely return to Shaw is because of how well she handled my concerns and talked me through them gently and calmly. Grace was kind, helpful and is an excellent ambassador for Shaw.PS: This is also my first ever review/ feedback!Good job Grace, good job Shaw.

Randomly shutting peoples wifi off with no notice? That’s low and unprofessional you should be contacting your customer and communicating with them instead of just turning there wifi off
