We were so fortunate to have made the connection with Home Care Assistance to help us care for our mother. We met with a Care Manager the day after our mother was discharged from hospital. The Care Manager was attentive, empathic and responsive to our immediate need for 24 / 7 care, and we had a care plan in place with coverage starting that same evening! All Home Care Assistance’s caregivers that we have worked with have, without exception, been trustworthy, reliable, responsible and professional. As well, they have treated our mother with respect and warmth. The Care Manager has continued to keep in touch with us and has even stopped in to visit our mother when a caregiver was present. The agency’s means of communicating with the family after each shift through the Family Room website has enabled us to easily stay informed about our mother’s daily activities and status. We heartily recommend Home Care Assistance based on our ongoing positive experiences with them!

My mom feels secure and comfortable with the caregiver HCA has assigned her, and looks forward to her visits 3 times a week.

The level of care and kindness provided by the Care Takers associated with Home Care Assistance was always top notch. The team works very closely with the family to match caretakers with those in need of care and make sure that everyone’s needs are being met. Their help you get goes beyond just providing care for a family member. They have also helped us find a great place for our family member that we could not have found without their help. I am so glad we had their help in a time of great duress.

We worked with Homecare Assistance over the course of about 18 months while slowly transitioning my father from one residence to another and they were amazingly supportive throughout the process. I am so thankful for the care provided by Home Care Assistance for my mother these past few months. The team was available 24/7 and very responsive to all her needs. After falling and breaking her ankle, Home Care was able to send a caregiver who did mobility exercises with her. She is now back to being independent and stronger than ever! The caregivers are wonderful, caring, patient and understanding. The office staff is very accommodating and flexible to the patient's needs. They can be reached anytime day or night which is comforting to the families. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance!

Care manager Maxine and her team were absolutely fantastic in assessing needs and providing first rate care for my sister. Their approach was caring, positive and enthusiastic. She felt absolutely comfortable and secure with their help and support. And despite the fact that my sister never wanted to accept outside help, she was surprised and delighted to enjoy the Home Care Assistance support from day one!
