They shipped me gloves that were damaged. They then asked for pictures of the gloves (no problem), they then stated they were conducting an investigation into the matter (I don't know why, they're damaged gloves, end of story) . The agent took over an hour to tell me that they would email me with the results of the investigation. This place smells like the kind of place that will try to charge me for return shipping and reduce a restocking fee of 15% because of the damaged item THEY sent to me.
