Kavita is the absolute best at what she does. She has the all qualities necessary to make your special occasion completely stress free. She is detailed oriented, extremely organized and will do whatever it takes to make your vision a reality. Kavita helped make our wedding beyond what we ever imagined even though our original plans had to be canceled due to COVID. We have worked with Kavita multiple times and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner.

Something noteworthy is that Kavita has been in the wedding industry for quite a while and therefore, is aware of the various vendor costs. She works with the budget you provide her and communicates with all the vendors to be able to match this. She will update you accordingly and re-prioritize items if need be. She makes all your event planning problems, her own! Kavita keeps virtual and in-person meetings focused and utilizes time so well. She explains everything via her fabulously curated PowerPoint slides of photos and decor/design inspiration specific to your event theme, along with excel spreadsheets including costs and lists of what is completed/remaining to do. Kavita ensures you’re up-to-date. She will show you ideas and help guide you along the way so you don’t feel overwhelmed even one bit. Ultimately, she makes sure you are happy with every decision! We appreciated this SO much. Kavita considers all necessary elements and personal touches her clients want in their event. She is so connected with numerous vendors and takes care of it ALL. My husband I took on minimal stress for our event because she carried it all for us. Her attitude is one of a go-getter. Kavita is one of a kind. We had a destination wedding in Vancouver and connected with Kavita in 2021. She is simply the best in her field. Not only is she creative but somehow knows exactly what your vision is and delivers it in a manner you never imagined possible. She is creative, organized, thorough, and on top of her game. We had requests made to her on the day of the event in all of the craziness of having close to 400 guests to organize and she somehow managed to take care of it. We had 4 events and each one was at a different venue. Just managing the logistics on top of the complications created by the venues updated requirements due to COVID was achieving the impossible. On top of that managing our catering team who came from New York and it was their first time in Vancouver. You, Kavita did it brilliantly. You remained calm through out and made sure to keep us calm. Almost a month after the event, our guests are still talking about how well organized our events were and how beautiful all the décor was. They were amazed at the details that had gone into planning each of the four events and you were the one who was instrumental in achieving this. Though we can’t say we’ve had experience with many wedding planners, we did interview a few and right from the start Kavita was head and shoulders above her competition. She impressed us immediately with her organization skills, knowledge of the industry/location/venues, incredible network of vendors, and general bubbly and solution-oriented attitude. Kavita’s experience prior to becoming an event planner is part of what clearly sets her apart from her peers in the industry and trust me, when push comes to shove and you’re in the middle of the chaos of your event(s), those are the skills that you end up needing the most from your planner. Over the course of almost two years working with Kavita on our multi-day destination event in Vancouver, she consistently exceeded every expectation we had for what a planner could mean to the process.
