I will never rent a property from this company.Staff are extremely rude and unfriendly.Although I had told them that I would move out in september 1st before 11am, they put all of my stuff in the corridor at 9am while I was out to get an U-haul. The landlord also disassembled my bed and put it in the garbage without letting me know!!They also never reply to the emails! even if you ask them what the wifi password is they never get back to you!People! avoid this company!

The worst service ever, i booked an appointment, when i got there, no one showed up. Not only that, i waited for 40 minutes to they say its fully booked !!!

If you expect to get any service from them, after you rented the property, Good luck, Once they get your money, you're on your own.Before paying, replying usually takes 1-3 hours, after paying I have sent more than 3 urgent emails/texts about important things such as water and electricity to which it has been 28 days, and received no reply and am now under threat of losing my Electricity because of their unprofessionalism.

This company bought the building in which I am currently living. I had an issue with a specific contract in my initial lease. Lilia was super quick to respond to my request and everything went smoothly! I really hope that their service stays as good during the future.
