Absolutely horrendous, it took forever for the staff to acknowledge that we were there, there was no friendly greeting. The food was substandard at best, the rice was undercooked and the shawarma did not even have the sauce that made it a shawarma. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to any of my friends and colleagues.

I came here after reading the reviews.The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. However, the food was flavourless.The sauces did not taste as they should.Basmati rice atop a Mediterranean dish seemed out of place.

Oh. My. God.Hands down one of the best donair places I've visited in Alberta. Today I had their Canadian maple donair combo and it completely blew me away. The flavor was incredible and everything tasted so fresh. Their French fries are great. The staff are super friendly too. I'll definitely be coming back.

It was my first time here, I ordered traditional chicken shawarma and I loved it. The donairs are absolutely fantastic, with perfectly cooked meet and fresh and variety of toppings. The staff is friendly and the atmospheres is comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

Great donair stop. The dine in area is cozy and small. If you’re a friend of flavour come here. Hope the business sticks around will be a regular stop for me in my travels. Seems like a pretty cool little family runs it and takes pride in it when I stopped. Certainly worth supporting.

Awesome spot to grab a bite to eat while charging at the Tesla Supercharger (located in the same parking lot). Kid friendly with a few kids menu items and a changing table in their bathroom. Not sure if they have high chairs or not as we brought our own clamp on high chair. Reasonable prices, open late. Will definitely make this a regular stop anytime we need to charge when driving through Red Deer.

I don’t like giving negative reviews but I simply have to for this place.Firstly, we waited at least 15 minutes to have my order taken with nobody else waiting. Our existence wasn’t even acknowledged. We should have left but it was my sons choice for his birthday so we waited patiently.Then we waited another 25 minutes, at least, for the food. There was no acknowledgement for the delay. No apologies, nothing. I ordered a rice bowl and the rice was rock hard in places, it wasn’t cooked correctly. I’ve never had worse rice, it was that bad. I’m really not a complainer usually but I should have taken it back. The chicken shawarma had no taste. The poutine was average, the gyro was below average. How is that even possible that every item was poor?All in all, considering that this was a birthday treat, it might have been the worst overall experience in a long long time. The service was awful. The food was awful. Just a bad bad experience and I cannot recommend this place at all.

Update: although the first time ordering here wasn’t the greatest PD went above and beyond to fix the mishap. Our meals tonight were amazing! Fresh, tasty ready on time for pick up! Definatly will be a repeat customer!Update:The owner has been wonderful and is offering our family a very generous catering which we will definatly use in the next few weeks. We are looking forward to trying the food again :)$155.00 - The gravy used for 4 poutines was burnt tasted awful. Couldn’t be eatten.- Dill pickle donair was so stuck to the paper the wrap was torn apart to get the paper off.- Small donair filling was so saturated through the wrap it couldn’t hold filling- East coast donair wraps x3, 2 had to be eatten with fork and knife without the wrap as it too was too saturated to hold a shape.- 3 fries were old and coldOrder took over double the delivery time to arrive.So disapointing to order only to be stuck trying to cook a supper late into the evening. Was offered half of what was paid for an order that was well over half uneatren due to preparation.
