I went into buy a new laptop.I knew the model and make but after about 15 minutes of getting no customer service I left.I bought a better one for the same price at best-buy.Had problems there too, returned it as I was told I could in under 30 days…only cost me 200 bucks for a week……ugggg

In January of this year I purchased an ASUS laptop from Staples, one month later it had issues with wi-fi connections, Staples sent it away for warranty work, took over a month to get it back. Same issue happened again in June, sent away again, took a couple of days short of a month to get it back, worked for 8 days and had same issue. I told Staples that I would like either a new computer or my money back and I was told there was nothing they could do for me (return policy is two weeks) other than sending it away again, I didn't see the point in going for another month without a computer only to have it work for a week. I understand this is a manufacturer's warranty but Staple sells this product and you would think they would at least try to back the products they sell. I will say that throughout all of this a couple of the employees did try to help me by doing a backup for me the second time it was sent away and I realize that their hands are tied but do feel that Staples should have stepped up. I have dealt with a lot of frustration and time not having my computer and I am telling everyone I know to stay away from ASUS computers and I for one will no longer shop at Staples.

Had gone to telus to buy a new charger and was informed they only had a 10ft cord for 50$. I declined so was told to try Staples. I received great service from a young man and purchased a 6ft cord for 25$. Good service, good price. I'm happy

In store service has been great. Online terrible. Placed an order December 30th that said would be delivered December 31st. Never showed up. Trying to do online tracking but that doesn't work. Emailed several times and finally got an answer on January 8th. Said it had been delivered, it was not. Called this morning and they're opening an investigation" and I'll hear from them in 24 to 48 hours. They can do nothing about getting me my missing order. Not impressed."

We buy all our business supplies here. What they do not have they bring in promptly. Much appreciated.

Good selection of office supplies. I would avoid using FedEx drop off here though, sometimes they don't notify FedEx for pick up and the package ends up sitting around for a few days, and they don't give drop off receipts either.

Great place to shop for all of your home/business needs. I think they are on the higher side of retail pricing especially when it comes to their furniture and chairs. That's the reason for four stars and no other. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and go out of there way to make sure you find what your looking for.

Great service. Limited instore stock. Didn't have the two items that I was looking for.

Great prices, friendly staff, big thank you to Catie n her co-worker for all their help. Very happy with my phone protective screen Liquid Armor. Even took his key to prove the extra ten fifteen minute wait is worth the price of protecting my screen, no more applying temporary screen protectors. Won themselves a return customer
