DECO Windshield Repair: Repair Bay

Hunter took care of my car after a gravel truck sprayed me with rocks this week. He was very kind and professional and once again i am reminded of how my membership investment has paid off! He is also one of the few who knows how to stop a windshield crack with a very small likelyhood of it spreading! Very very thankful this shop is open through the winter!

Decent company who cares about your vehicle and quick and easy to get it done ,polite and talkative no complaints

I drove from Fort Saskatchewan to this shop on a Thursday for 11am. Website says they’re open, but there isn’t a soul here. I have a premium plan with my AMA. I would just like to say shame on you, be honest with your hours. At the price of gas these days, this was a complete waste of time and money.On top of this I tried calling Deco to see if I could be put in touch with someone associated with this location. Waited on hold to speak with a representative for a half hour before getting a voice message saying that I’m calling outside of their regular hours, which isn’t at all the case.Extremely disappointed with this companies lack of customer service and in this locations professionalism.

False advertising lead to me being unable to access repair services leading to my windshield crack becoming unrepairable;Posted hours on Repair Bay building in violation of Traffic Act and provincial advertising standards: Operational hours posted on door WITHOUT any written limitations to provided services. Limitations described over the phone by reps say that when tents are running, bay is closed and vice versa... Last week of March, BOTH were closed and the unlimited year-round" service that was sold to me was unaccessible. Business did not reply to complaint. Pursuing replacement costs in small claims court."

Great service great value. Just had 2 cracks repaired today from the weekend. I didn't notice the second one but the repair tech saw it. For less than $70 a year, I didn't pay a penny more to have them fixed.

It says it’s open until 4:30pm but it’s actually 4pm

Who repairs your windshield on a sunday? these guys do. excellent service and treatment to stop the crack.

Polite gentleman worked on my vehicle alongside others, maintained social distancing and mask throughout. I was pleased to find that my Deco repair plan covers year round in Edmonton due to this location. I will try to remember to update if my crack begins to spread over time.

I received excellent service, low wait time. Just wish they'd open a northside bay during the winter months.
