Hi, I had Dr. Hadad extract a tooth of mine. I was terribly nervous about the whole experience but could not have asked for a easier procedure. She had it done in minutes I was blown away how comfortable I felt and how happy I was to have had it removed. Thanks again for all your help I will not be afraid to return again.

I have been going here my entire life as well as all my family members. I would literally never trust another dentist with my teeth other than Greg Lozowski and his team. It sincerely is the best environment you could ever want in a doctors office, right down to Carol at the front desk who always greets with you with a big smile and remembers your name. I have had various procedures done to my teeth over the years starting from a young age. Root canal,cavities and most recently crowns and everything was done to 1000% satisfaction. Greg is truly a perfectionist and it shows in his work every time. He truly treats your teeth as if they are his own and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done 110%. The staff are always so happy and willing to answer any and all questions you could possibly come up with regarding your teeth or prodcedures, as wel as taking the time to explain each step along the way to make sure you're comfortable. I had a root canal as a 12 year old and can tell you it was the easiest and worry-free and pain free experience I could ask for. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you have the pleasure of being able to score Greg as your dentist you will never look back!

I am puzzled by all the reviews suggesting Dr. Hadad is a bad dentist. She has been mine for many years and I have not had a single bad experience. On the contrary: I feel like I am always in good hands and trust her completely.One person commented on her being greedy and maxing out his dental coverage. I find this hard to believe and ask anyone reading negative comments to take them with a grain of salt because there are always 2 sides to a story.Dr Hadad and staff are awesome and I recommend them highly.

My son had his lip tie removed at this office last week. The first appointment we had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room passed the appointment time, second appointment same thing. We didn’t get any paperwork to take home before the procedure giving use details, very little communication. I found the doctor very short, dismissive and honestly cold hearted towards my toddler and his pain.Our follow up appointment was scheduled for today, both me and my husband had to book the day off. We got a TEXT (not even a phone call) 1 hour before the appointment letting us know it was cancelled.When we received the bill we seen charges we can’t even understand but felt it wasn’t worth to argue, we strongly feel we were billed for things we shouldn’t have been. I recommend you watching for this !I’m very disappointed with this office, I feel it’s very unprofessional and I would strongly recommend for people read reviews before giving them your business.

Dr Hadad destroyed my teeth.I went to fix a miner problem in one tooth and she said Oh you need lots of work in your teeth, her assistant broke one of my tooth when she was trying to install a supporting filling frame and I did not feel it because almost all my teeth were frozen.She did not tell me about it.One week later I got 4 teeth hurt and lots of pain, I went to another Dentist and he asked me about the broken one which I was not aware of it. Plus the others Dr Hadad destroyed them. Long story is shortI do not recommend her and she is dishonestAll she cares about is getting your money

Dr Haddad drained my dental coverage for the year (and it's February!!) by overcharging for fillings I'm not convinced that I needed, and didn't even do the root canal I originally asked for (I had an abcessed tooth) and kept saying that we'll do the root canal next time and it never happened. Now I have to find another dentist and probably save up to get my tooth fixed and hope it doesn't get infected again in the meantime... Definitely do not recommend!

Dr. Hadad is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a terrible experience in the past with a wisdom tooth extraction elsewhere but I had one done by her recently and it was a breeze. My family and I have been under Dr Hadad for a few years now and every job she does is impeccable. She also has an excellent demeanour and is very caring indeed both in her practice and what she does for the community. Other reviewers who wanted to put her down have referred to her as ‘he’ meaning that they don’t even know who they are talking about!

I am 51 yrs old and visited many dentists over the years in several provinces, and have settled here in Nova Scotia. Dr. Lozowski's work is, by far, the best that I have received, and wish I had found him many years ago. He did a rebuild on my teeth that turned out perfect, much better than I expected. He and his assistant Sherri are truly fine representatives of dental excellence.

Staff is all friendly and professional, Dr. Hadad was amazing with our little girl and highly recommend her and this practice!
