First, they wanted to tell me my moms insurance went up because she was a single mother, then, her insurance rose again with no explanation but the area we live in. We gave the same info to Belair direct and they gave us a quote that was more than 100$ less than what desjardins came up with. They have terrible customer service on top of that too.
