been going there for auto insurance for over 5years, like the agent there because of his knowledge and speedy service, but now cannot contact him because of the new phone transfer system, everytime I called, the call is directed to a call centre and long period of waiting to be transferred. A new but not helpful system.

I haven't had much of the experience there, only renewed my car insurance once there!

First off, I'm not a corporate shill, I'm not a robot, I'm just a guy who needed car insurance.Even though there was a language difference, he was able to help me to insure my vehicle for a three month term so I can move to Quebec.He told me about how inter-provincial insurance works and how they'll mail the plates back so I can get my money back.Apparently the other reviewer phoned in. Maybe he should get off his ass and walk into the store.

Brutal service. Don't bother calling to ask what is required. They don't know. Go on the ICBC website to confirm for yourself.

Tried to talk to the front desk woman and in the middle of us talking she decides to answer the phone and start talking to someone for a few minutes about motorcycle insurance. No respect for my time whatsoever

It says open until 730 but went there at 715 and not a soul at the counter and no one else in the store had any idea where they were. Kinda screws you over if you need insurance that day ridiculous

I renewed my car insurance with this company in 2020. This year when I got my renewal notice, I see there is an additional discount for people who drive less than 5,000 km per year. ICBC told me my broker should have advised me to take a photo of my odometer in 2020 so I would get the discount when I renewed this year. The broker did not tell me about this additional discount or how to get it in 2020, so now I won't be getting a discount I am entitled to in 2021. I know they could blame the car owner, but brokers do deal with this all day every day. Car owners only deal with it once a year and brokers are supposed to find and explain these types of things.
