Alpine Marine Centre

Took my boat in to have new control/shifter installed. Mechanic told me over the phone I would be out the door for just shy of $1000. Showed up and my bill was $1370. Made a comment to the service rep and bill was reduced to $1270. Ok, cool.I put the boat back in the water, only to discover my new shifter interferes with my steering wheel when I accelerate. Called them back, came up with a reasonable solution of replacing my steering wheel. At NO time was I consulted about the cost of the new wheel (as it was not my fault they had incorrectly installed my control/shifter). I showed up to collect the new wheel (which I would install on my own) and was then asked for my credit card! By the same service rep who said over the phone “Yeah, the wheel is $169, we’re hooking you up!”Unbelievable. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this business and will instruct fellow boat owners to go elsewhere! Sort it out Alpine! You’re brutal!

Was quoted for trailer work at 2600-2900, only half the work was done but I was charged the full quote 0f 2900. Too bad, lost my business

I’m tired of being verbally abused by Matt when I call in. We were promised a part would be here a week ago and they still are not. They say they will call us with a new ETA and never do. If I could give less than a 1 star I would. He literally told me that they 100’s or even 1000’s of customers and that he because of this he can’t provide us any help.

If you have Marine items this is the place to go to get them repaired I dealt with a fellow by the name of Nathan black there he did an amazing job for me must see check it out

Friendly. Lack the ability to lessen to what the problem is that needs to be attended to. When the motor came back they had done $300.00 worth of work, but not what the motor was brought in for. I was told that I did not know how to start my motor. I have owned this motor for several years. So the feeling is that I just got brushed off. I can bring the motor back to have it reservist for a price.

Very good! Customer service is always excellent. They even remember my name whih is a nice touh. They always strive to make sure customers leave happy.
