Get Ribbed Smokehouse & BBQ Pit

So happy to stumble across a real Texas Smoker BBQ while we were up for Stars and Thunder!! Great food, the meat was amazing and the mac n cheese was delicious!

Frost time there and food was absolutely delicious. The meat was so tender. I definitely recommend this place. i’m not usually a person that eats ribs at this place. It was good. I definitely will be back. Thanks Dale.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. Can't recommended this place enough. I had the ribs, jalapenos baked beans and slaw and wasn't disappointed. These were the best ribs I've ever had. Flavorful, smells and tastes great and the meat almost falls off the bone. I don't even like beans but these one's are a must try. The service is excellent and the owners are very nice. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Wow! Tried for the first time tonight. Seriously asking ourselves, what took us so long?!!Ribs were very tender. Delicious spice and an excellent sauce. Had the regular mac n cheese, loaded mac n cheese and reg baked beans. All were excellent! Highly recommend. Suggest ordering ahead. Dale, you make great food!

Nice local take out with decent bbq.ordered the house special for $20 which included a half rack of ribs, slaw, beans and cornbread (I don't like cornbread so I passed on that). Had a nice chat with the owner will waiting for order, which was ready in about 5-10 minutes.Beans - good flavour with some meat worked in, and the beans were still firm which was nice.Slaw - way too heavy on garlic, and I could feel the burn from it.Ribs - nicely cooked with some pull, but would prefer either less or no sauce on them (they were heavily sauced). There was decent smoke flavour on the meat, but a little covered up by the sauce. The sauce itself was OK but not stand out.

I seen this on Eastlink and was glad to find it in real life.I had a gigantic pulled pork sandwich. Amazing. I got it with smoked beens and potatoe salad. Both were the best I've ever tasted.The owner/cook/counter guy was so friendly and talkative, so make sure when you go there you are not in a hurry.Will be going back often. I live in Sudbury and if I wanted an amazing meal it would be worth the 3.5 hour drive.Highly recommend you try it and you won't regret it.

The owner/operator is a really nice guy. It's a BBQ place so they run out of things pretty regularly, which is to say, be ready to be flexible with your order. It also takes little time so you need to be patient. I tried the ribs my previous visit which were excellent. This time I had pulled pork, a Cajun sausage and a cheddar sausage. My sides were potato salad, baked beans and a cornbread muffin. In terms of the meats, the cheddar sausage stood out. It had way more cheese flavour than expected. The Cajun sausage had a hint of spice. It was ok. The pulled pork was good. There was a lot of bark included. The beans were a bit bland (I regretted not getting the spicier option) but mixing in bbq sauce helped. The potato salad was not my favourite. I'm not sure exactly what my issue was. Maybe too much dill? The cornbread muffin was tiny but nice.

THE absolute best Smoked Chicken Caesar Salads anywhere. Wraps, whether it be brisket, pulled pork or anything else, are delicious and hearty. Custom sausages are so large, they will give anybody sausage envy.Ribs...well, these delicious, Texas smoked ribs prepared on site and served with a succulent sauce are certainly not the run of the mill, vacuum packed frozen ribs you are gonna find at a franchise restaurant. It's a take-out only establishment....but in this day in age....that's all one can get regardless!I'd rate more than 5 stars, however I don't have that option!

Not as good as I was hoping. Mac and cheese was great, same with the beans. Ribs were alright, not my favorite. Sausage was very good.

Stopped in here for lunch while visiting Timmins for work. Owner is very friendly, we had a nice chat while he was preparing the food. Location is pretty much a take-out counter, no room for dine-in eating.Food itself was a mixed bag, I ordered the French-onion brisket wrap and a container of pork burnt ends. The burnt ends were heavenly - absolutely delicious smokey goodness. I was quite surprised then to find that the wrap was unappetizing. Essentially a tortilla filled with soggy onions and beef that more resembled stewing meat than smoked brisket. Bit of a disappointment.I see that the overall reviews for this restaurant are excellent, so I'm hoping I just caught them on an off day. I'd give this place another chance next time I'm in town. If nothing else - I'll order some more burnt ends. Mmmmmm...
