The tea tasted like water, honestly. I think it can't possibly be that bad normally, the girl at the counter must've made a mistake. This was waaay worse than Coco, Presotea, Shuyi, Chatime, etc. And it's even more expensive. I dont recommend!

We love Tiger Sugar and we’re very happy to see one downtown/market/Sandy Hill area. The bubbles were fresh and delicious and service was relatively quick. There’s so many options out there, and Tiger Sugar is in the top quality! :) :) :)

Passion fruit tea was boring. Not enough sugar at regular sweetness. Too much ice. $8.50 including tax roughly. There was no regular green tea option, only Jasmine.I make much better tea than that for a fraction of the price.

I got a matcha bubble tea and the matcha powder wasn’t even mixed properly, so I was just sucking in matcha powder, disgusting!

The staff is really nice and friendly. The place is small and perfect if you are just there to order, grab, and go. I have been a regular of Tiger Sugar, and anything from their menu is good. But, my personal favorite and recommended one is Tiger Cheese Mousse Black Sugar Boba Milk tea. You won't regret it!

Took my family there today, it’s a bit pricey but they love it. They ranked the best to good from strawberry mochi, tiger sugar bobo, mocha bobo and mango jasmine tea. I know they packed with lots calories however we skipped our lunch. So if you craving for dessert it’s not a bad place to go

Ugh, after the Tiger Sugar in Toronto closed, I've been CRAVING this! Tiger Sugar is in its own league when it comes to brown sugar drinks. The pearls were cooked perfectly and I definitely should have stopped by a second time before I left Ottawa.
