Quick, honest service. I opted to drop my TV off to them to save a bit of money, but they do offer house calls. Unfortunately the repairs to my TV would have exceeded the costs of a new one, but I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee to find that out. Excellent service and repair time was short very friendly service. Quick response to emails. When I picked up my tv gave me a break down of what was done. Cost of repair was a lot cheaper than buying a new one.

I was charged $500 saying the backlights needed replacing and the TV would be like new. The old backlights were removed and taken away. New backlights were installed on March 9, 2023. They lasted until Mar 27, 2023. The TV is displaying similar issues as March 9, 2023. Now I am unable to call to leave a message to ask for my 90 day warranty to be applied. The phone line says server down then drops without the option of leaving a message. They called me and asked for a picture. They are coming back to review the previous repair.

Hai and Yen fixed my television and we saved it from landfill! My LG is one of the first flat screen tv's made over 15 years ago and always worked perfectly until the screen went black suddenly. They quoted me a very low diagnostic price so I brought my tv to their home shop and they gave me an estimate to fix it that was very fair and fixed it in a day. Made my tv like new!! Highly recommend their service!

I brought in a small vintage Grundig portable radio to Hai Truong for repair. My father loved that particular radio and was very upset when it stopped working. The price quoted was fair given the condition and age of the radio and within a week the radio was back up and running. I’m very happy with the service. Dad is thrilled to be able to listen to it once again.
