Nice lunch spot on Fraser St. The service was amazing! Our server was so nice - we had two kids in our party and she brought over crayons and paper for them. She also regularly came by to refill coffee! Good selection of food and decent portions. I had the avocado toast which was well seasoned and had two perfectly poached eggs.

Sat morning around 10:30 no line up yet. It’s a small place but very inviting and service was very good as well. The food was delicious. Tiramisu pancakes was delicious. They could use a little less sauce.

Black truffle toast at Egg & Co.I love mushroom. This breakfast toast filled with lots of black truffle mushroom and scrambled eggs was just so tasty. The eggs were just a little over cooked but still tasted nice overall. Good food, reasonable price, and welcoming service, I will come back again for sure.

Such a cute place with great food!Service 10/10We used the chat feature on Google to ask the day before if they were open since it was a stat holiday and the owner responded very promptly saying they had a power outage. Love the responsiveness.Our server was on top of everything and very friendly as well!! All the staff at some point helped or checked in on us!Triple Sea Benny 9/10The best seafood Benny I've had! Has scallops, prawns and smoked salmon. Would have been a 10/10 with a bit more hollandaise, didn't feel like the amount on top balanced out everything that was on the benny. But it was still great!Chicken & Waffle 8/10The chicken was amazing however there was only one waffle for a mountain of chicken, definitely thinks another waffle needs to be added to this entree! But flavors overall were amazing.Prawn & Chorizo Crumble Hash 10/10 (if hash is your thing!)My partner ordered this and really liked it, said he wouldn't change a thing.

1hr wait because of a popular brunch spot! Chicken and waffles: the chicken is mostly batter but the flavours and waffle part are really good.Crab soft shell: kind of like calamari, very filling.Braised beef: good flavours.I found the brewed coffee too acidic but that didn’t stop me from having two cups! Would try a specialized drink next time.

Despite the long waits during peak hours and pricey menu, we love the food and service. I’ve tried the coffee and London fog before, they were just okay. But we always get the fresh smoothies as a treat. My croissant sandwich always comes hot and the egg & co breakfast (big boy size) is a classic. I think they just need to work on their pancakes (too doughy, not fluffy) and hash browns (plain, sometimes cold, not into the onions!). I recall the salmon eggs benedict was decent too but the croissant is better. Also, try the tacos when they offer chicken (it changes!) because they are a secret gem on that menu; so delicious, lots of guac. I believe the lady who always greets us is a manager/owner here and she’s always so friendly, we love her service and genuine care!

Came in to try their pancakes. A fruit fly was stuck on one of their strawberries when I first cut in. It was overwhelming with strawberry sauce and had to dig out pancakes from drowning in the sauce. Pancakes were too dense. I would've enjoyed it with 3 layers vs 4 layers. Throughout my meal, had to continuously block the fruit flies from getting to my food. The atmosphere and decor was really cute, staff were nice and attentive, but would def order something else next time!

I've been looking for places that serve really good Benedicts. The only brunch menu showed that they have a Soft Shell Crab Benedict with lemon hollandaise sauce with a gluten free option. So, we stopped by for lunch. We ordered two Benedicts, one with soft shell crab and one with smoked salmon. We found the space noisy and drafty, not very comfortable and unsettling. So, we were just waiting to eat and get out. I opted for house greens instead hash browns but greatly regretted it because it was just from boxed mixed spring salad with what seems like a mustard dressing. I am not a fan of mustard of any kind. My soft shell crab was very enjoyable, even the gluten free bun was ok. But I'm not sure if the coating on the crab is also gluten free, but hope so since the gluten free option is $4 extra. 2.5-stars for the cold smoked salmon benedict, 5-stars for the soft shell crab, 1-star for comfort.
