Boardwalk Restaurant & Patio

The food was extraordinarily delicious! If you enjoy fish and chips especially, fresh fish is brought in off the lake! The restaurant was very clean, and had a nice atmosphere.

Waited 30+ minutes had to go back and ring doorbell again to get their attention. Poutine wasn't a poutine. Shredded cheese is a lazy mess. Food was overpriced for what it is

First off my ice cap" was from a slurpee machine and they r charging $4.00 for it and then we where sitting in the eating area and saw a rat run across the floor and the owners tried to say it was a grey squirrel. I know what a rat looks like. Also they had cobwebs every where. Very dirty place should be shut down already"

Was very clean very friendly my date enjoyed her fish, However I found my bacon cheese burger tasted a bit off. No liquor license also discuraged from using patio as it is take out a service. To use it.

Owners were so friendly and accomodating. Although closing, they prepared the best Reuben Sandwich we've tasted. Quality ingredients in all food offerings. Indoor seating and a lovely little outdoor patio overlooking the beautiful Winnipeg Beach Park across the street. A must visit. Thank you for your generous hospitality!!

went here for the special of the day. at 5pm they opened at 3 or 4 pm. They had no specials left and this was on a Tuesday. Horrible Service and you have to pay ahead of your meal in a sit down family run restaurant.

Not terribly friendly service and when the food finally came the fries were soggy and undercooked and the fish didn’t even taste fresh, more like frozen, from last season.

I have been visiting Winnipeg Beach for over 30 years(my parents had a cabin there for 20) and have supported all the business from food stores restaurants and playland. On may long weekend we went to this place for fish and chips. (Because most shops were closed) I ordered 4pc fish and chips when I got my order about 20 minutes later there was only 2 pieces of fish I approached the owner he said he would take care of it. While I was in line waiting for my order I heard the lady owner say that she made a mistake on a nother couple's order and said that she was hard of hearing. When i went back to pick up my 2 pieces she wanted to charge me for them again. I said sorry but I believe I payed for what I ordered. I said i shouldn't have to pay again for your mistake. She said do you want the fish or not I said not if I have to pay for them again. Then she started yelling don't ever come back here again. I later phoned and spoke with the male owner he gave me a sad story about how covid 19 was hurting his business and he didn't care about my problem. I found them very rude and not willing to correct the problem. I still will continue to support the services at the Beach but not this one. To top it off the fish wasn't that good too much batter and very oily and the fries were store bought. So to the owners i say mabey its not covid 19 thats keeping your customers away its your attitude. I highly recommend other services at the Beach.

Beautiful Lake View on the main street. Fish and Chips were really good quality. Deserts were home made and Delicious. Patio is lovely. very reasonable prices for the Area. Owners / Operators are a lovely couple from Winnipeg, who can talk your ear off if you engage them in conversation.

Went a few weeks ago and had the fish and chips - super delicious and great service (granted it's the off season). Went for lunch and had a burger... Could not eat it. The bun, cheese, pickles, everything was great except the prime rib beef" tastes like the cheap tasty burgers from m&m meats... All they need is better beef and this would be a solid burger because everything else about it
