Pemberton Visitor Centre

Amazing location, the lady working today was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond for us!! Would highly recommend for anyone and very knowledgeable about the town.

3 weeks ago I arrived Pemberton and in Visitor center had a great converstation with Tina and she gave most detail hiking tips inside out of this area since she has been hiking intensively for 10 years here and we went to the Bowie lake she recommend really a wonderful experience and it's warmer than other lakes I swam in Whistler and Squamish! Now we know Pemberton is really a gem not just Joffre lake so I definitely will come back explore more in future.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. Sani-dump fee was a little steep but understandable considering the location.

A really nice visitor center. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful.. .seemed to know the area very well and even gave us directions to Birkenhead. It is on a corner and easily accessible from either side. They also have a newer sani dump. Ten dollars in coins to dump and the trap is locked until you pay and on a timer so be ready with your hose before you put your money in the machine. That being said, the turn into the sani station is easy and clear of obstructions

Tina was extremely extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to help us figure out what hikes to do, how to use the passes and also make us feel so welcomed in the region. Her friendly attitude and eagerness to help made our day. And Tyra greeted us warmly and was eager to help as well! Great team, will definitely be back to the visitor center just to say hi! Called for some information about Pemberton flooding because wanted to go camping with the family up in the area. Tina went above and beyond to get me all the info necessary to make my decision. She was super pleasant on the phone, send me e mails with maps and info where all the flooding was happening as well! Amazing customer Sercive. Thx Tina, you are awesome!

Arrived after a tough drive on route 99 south, brakes were hot and smelly... Asking the representative in the information desk if the route to Whistler is the same, the answer was you are not going to meet such road conditions anywhere else in BC". Ahh

We wanted to get a Joffre Pass for the day. Showing up, the wonderful staff Tina had to tell us, that we need to sign up online for it and it's already sold out. But she recommended us a different hike and a great spot to go swimming. We loved it. Unfortunately we had car problems and went back to Pemberton after the hike instead of Lilloet. And we can't thank Tina enough how much she helped us. Thank you Tina. And since I spend an hour in line with the car rental company I was able to see, how she helped other visitors. Great and with such a friendly, nice, welcoming attitude. Tina truly represents the Canadian kind of being friendly and always helpful. Thank you very very much.

This is great with kind and helpfull staff. Clean place. Provided pros and cons of all the attractions we asked. This helped us to save our time and enjoy our trip and obtain maximum out if it.

Grace is knowledgeable, warm and friendly, the right person for the job. She explained the routes and places to visit and that made our first trip to Pemberton interesting, worthwhile driving that extra hour from Whistler.
