Pillette Walk In Clinic (APPOINTMENTS ONLY)

This was the worst experience, I asked to speak to a doctor and was told that I needed to book an appointment. After I had booked my appointment for the next day, the doctor calls me 10 mins before the appointment and tells me that there is no need for me to come in because he can diagnose the problem through the phone. He then asks me to explain in depth what my issue was. I tell him that I think I might have a stomach ulcer and that I don't feel good at times and would like for him to check. He tells me that no need to worry and that I only have some acid reflux. He tells me to go to the pharmacy and pick up my prescription for the acid reflux (which I did not think I had). I could barely even understand what he was saying. I ended up going to the pharmacy and the receptionist looked confused on why I was there. I told her I was there to pick up my prescription and she told me that my name wasn't on file. I end up going home being frustrated with the whole situation and nothing got resolved. The worst clinic and would never recommend to anyone. Just go anywhere but here. Good luck.

This has been my family doctor for over a decade now and I must say I feel like I am in good hands. He’s is extremely knowledgeable and his staff go above and beyond! When I call to book an appointment I am met with nothing but respect and compassion. Thanks dr Azuh and staff!

Receptionist is rude and talks over you on the phone. Her impatient attitude made me not even want to book an appt. Unfortunate that a healthcare facility is operating in this manner.

Im lucky to have Dr Azuh and his Great staff as my medic care givers ,, during this Testing and Difficult time ,, , its good to know they are on my side -- thank you for what you for me ,, staff safe

Dr azuh was a great doctor and sometimes still is but honestly the receptionist makes me absolutely dread calling and even with an appointment I’m still waiting hours after. The referrals never get done and I just can’t wait to get a new doctor. He has completely overloaded himself with patients and the patients that were there at the start of his practice get totally forgotten about. Poor decisions

He is very knowledgeable.. you can ask him many questions and he will answer them. He treats his cliental with respect. So bubbly. If he isn't sure what's going on he will run more tests.

The doctor is fantastic but the ones at reception need a lot of improvement to do follow ups and get things done on time plus ensure that people are sent in to see the Doctor at their turns and not in a chaotic way.

This dr and his receptionists are really slacking. Don't answer the and don't return phone calls also forgets to call in prescriptions. With my health issues and being on pills to just walk I cannot have my dr failing me.

The worst experience I have had with any healthcare provider. My wife and I simply went over to ask if we could set up an appointment or if this clinic has a day of the week or month when they do walk-ins.Well, the Receptionist was so rude to us we couldn't understand what we said or did wrong. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect. This person seems to be mad a the world and, patients or potential patients have nothing to do with this. If you hate your job so much just quit. Management really needs to look into this.

Fantastic Doctor- highly recommend. He truly cares about his patients & is very knowledgeable. His office staff are amazing as well. 10/10.
