I was referred to Dave Sanford but he's retired and I ended up meeting with Marco Ciriello. He seemed nice enough but as soon as I signed the contract for architectural work and handed over the retainer, things changed quickly. For months the project went nowhere. He barely responded to emails, he wouldn't return calls and he outright refused to respond to a critical report. After almost 3 months on the job, the project was still at ground zero and then he quit. That didn't stop him from making up and sending invoices.Hiring Lo-Studio cost me thousands of dollars, months of lost time and too many sleepless nights. Now I'm stuck dealing with BC Courts and AIBC and their lawyers to set things straight. Be careful....
