Staff in garden centre were knowledgeable about product location. Cashier was very friendly too. Got almost everything I needed. Only problem, they make you order online for items. I want to pay in store vs paying online for my items. Too much Riga-maroo for me. Just let me pay for it instore, then order it that way for me.

What a pleasant shopping experience I had at this location. I came in for a specific item that was in stock on their web site but we were unable to find it in the store. Staff looked everywhere then offered me a very generous option. All staff that I encountered were super friendly and I even got help loading my car. Generally a great vibe in that store.

Always great policies when it comes to returns. Customer service was excellent, they just needed some verification because we didn't have the bill. The store was clean and the staff was not too busy to assist us. The Home Depot just has the right enough of varieties to choose from.

I've purchased 6 cubic yards of crushed rock / pea stone from Home Depot.... the bulk bags have all come about half full (see the first two on the left) and only one was actually filled (see the third on the right). Am I totally getting ripped off? at approx $250 / bag I've spend $1500+... if all bags were actually filled I probably could have done it in 4x and saved $500???

The store and staff are great. The entitled people that park in the Loading Area and go in to do their shopping are the problem. Do tge right thing and park in the parking lot, do your shopping and move your vehicle after if needed. You're not entitled to anything. If your buying a bag of screws, there is no need to take up space in the LOADING AREA. Home Depot needs to have a parking attendant apparently, if you haven't purchased anything, get your vehicle out of the way of people trying to load.
