A very professional team! I went to see Dr Robbyn for my regular eye exam. She gave sufficient time to explained everything very clearly about my problem. She refereed my to a specialist and phoned me before and after referral to a specialist to followup the situation. If you need to see an optometrist, I highly recommend her!I also bought 3 prescription glasses from their frame gallery in the past 2 years and their customer service is phenomenal.

Too often, we ae quick to complain about bad service or products, leaving negative reviews for others to see and avoid our experience. Unfortunately, very seldom do we give credit and positive comments for great experiences and exceptional service. My experience with Dr. Dupuis and the Family Focus Team has been so exceptional, I felt it absolutely necessary to let others know so that they too, may experience the satisfaction I was provided. I would feel negligent not to do so.I do not know the owners of Family Focus Eye Care, but I do know they should feel very fortunate and proud in having such a talented, genuine, and exceptional staff.It is my privilege to recommend this company to anyone seeking eye care and I give my utmost recommendations to both Dr. Dupuis and Dr. Bacchiu.

My wife and I brought my ten year old son into Family Focus to buy glasses. We got great service and the very professional lady that patiently helped him pick out his glasses made him feel like he was the most important person in the building. It was great experience.

So impressed with the service and eyewear here! Found several pairs of frames that I love and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When I came to pick up the glasses there was someone available to adjust them for me and ensure the fitting was perfect. Total bonus that I didn’t need appointments for picking out frames or picking up and adjusting the glasses. Then on top of that when I realized my prescription wasn’t correct (from a previous different optometrist) they were able to accommodate getting me in to see one of their optometrists on the same day! Highly recommend Family Focus!

This is to the employee named “McKenzie” it’s extremely rude to hang up on a customer. You also said you would call me back with an answerfrom the doctor to whether or not I could get my contacts and you failed to do so. Kindly work on your receptionist/customer service skills.

Family Focus Eyecare Centre is well located in an easily accessible place. The workers there are friendly customers whether by appointment or a walk in visit. You can get a good eye test services there. There a special section where babies and children are attended to especially first eye exam for babies. At the reception while waiting you have opportunity of going through Guinness Book of Records and other fascinating books.

Have been going here for over a decade, they always provide a quality, friendly service. Recently moved from Saskatoon and was in need of contact lenses, but with my eye exam being out of date I was in a bit of a jam. Having office hours on a Saturday helped me greatly.Every doctor I've seen there has been top notch, and every staff member who has helped me pick out glasses has had an extreme amount of patience (thank you!), just an excellent experience overall.

I’ve had great service at this clinic for several years. Was recently seen very short notice on an emergency after an injury at work in the area and the team + Dr Trischuk took great care of me. Beyond grateful for their kindness, dependable service and taking care of me when I needed it most.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. From the first few minutes from walking in, till the end, everyone was very friendly. The receptionists were helpful and kind, the people taking my eye pressure were very patient (even when I kept having to redo it because I was blinking) and the optometrist was so nice. Also, when looking for a frame for my glasses, the lady was very helpful and was very patient while she found me the right frame.
