Kuipers' Peak Mountain Park | City of Kelowna | Exceptional views and a great place to enjoy the outdoors. This 11 hectare park provides areas to hike, run and enjoy nature. Previously forested, the park was damaged in the 2003 Okanagan Mountain Park Fire and is a good example of an area recovering from a wild fire.

Kuiper's Peak Mountain Park
Kuiper's peak is such a great spot in the upper mission of Kelowna. It is a nice little short and easy hike that is a great thing to do with family and friends! It has 360 Degree views, and is a great location to view the sunset! I go up here very often, and will never stop doing so. So many memories have been made here, and I cannot wait for more to be made in the future!

I love this area. The views are outstanding. I am sad to see the construction happening though. As much as I still love this park, it is not the same as it use to be. Still worth the trip though.

If you want a short 10-15 minute hike to get some beautiful views Kuiper's Peak is the spot. Always lots of deer to be seen as well.

Beautiful views, slightly becoming encroached by house construction. Parking is a bit interesting, but it's still worth it to pop on by and do the quick hike to the top. Deforested in the 2003 fire its slowly getting back to life.

This is a nice park to go for a walk, not a lot is actually available in it though. There's a serious lack of shade, there's actually no trees at all. There is lots of large rock formations to view and a great view of the lake.

Beautiful view of the water and downtown. Just be respectful of the neighborhood: it’s a nice quiet residential area, not meant for high traffic of visitors.
