Title: Language Discrimination at Bison Logistics During Job Application.My recent experience at Bison Logistics while applying for the City Owner Operator position was marred by language discrimination. The front desk staff, including a Punjabi-speaking girl, informed me that they were not allowed to speak Punjabi. This policy was both disheartening and discriminatory and the behaviour left me with a negative impression.I returned 20 minutes later hoping for a resolution, only to encounter further rudeness and a subsequent request to leave.I apologize if my actions were mistakenly perceived as rude, as this was not my intention.It is my hope that Bison Logistics can work towards fostering a more inclusive and understanding environment for applicants of diverse backgrounds.

Bad and corrupt company. I had an incident with one of the driver, I was traveling at on a highway, doing about 130km/h, their driver driving a semi with a trailer cuts in front of me with about 1-2 car space between me and the semi traveling at 90 km/h, of course I had to brake and so did the cars behind me which almost caused an traffic accident. I saw there was a How's my Driving" Sign on the back of the trailer with a tag # on it

do not recommend working with them.Booked a load with them for weekend pickup and the driver was there for an entire day.we did not even get a fair FTL rate, and when we asked for detention, they stopped answering our emails and phone calls.really unprofessional!! if you dont want to pay any detention, just tell us right away. :(do not recommend working with them.

Great company ...with competitive salary

Having worked here for a bit I can tell you that they don't care. I've worked a few places and never felt the need to do such a review but I feel obligated to tell the public about Bison Transport. It's not a place with heart. Your loads will rarely be on time and the truck driver will be annoyed because the planner got something wrong. I quit on them cause their training was terrible. They don't give you all the information you need to be successful and then blame you for not knowing something that you should have been shown. If you're a client, find another provider. If you're thinking of working there don't. Every week à truck driver quits. I worked in the office and it was a nightmare. It's not a good place to do business with or a place to work.

If you are a small carrier, Please do not book 'Power only' shipments with Bison. Their accounting team will simply surprise you with hefty deductions for using their trailer. No matter if you return it within the time frame agreed. Avoid hauling their loaded trailers guys.

Your driver that was on the exit ramp for the Redhill/Centennial Parkway in Hamilton Ontario this morning Aug 17/2021 needs to have his license revoked!!! He cut sideways on an exit ramp nearly causing an accident!! Everything in my vehicle flee forward, I had to lock up the brakes and pray I made it!!! Hire better drivers!!! You can't turn sideways on an exit ramp!!!! The time was approximately 6:25-30am

this place used to be a good working place for every community until duncun jessimen the owner was their. Anyways lets talk about their family oriented work ethics and culture which is only for their family. Most of the management jobs are for their kids which we can see as an example in winnipeg. They used to have good training program which is driver finishing program. Signed this contract for .32 cents permile nearly 5-6000miles per month and still you have to beg for miles. next stage they have no Training program for containers OWNER OPERATORS if you do one mistake you will be screwed for many years. Also, keep your all logs, pictures, bill of lading, as many documents as you can to fight for pay stub. stay away from these tough minded newbees resulted in losing several employees and owner operators.

Do not work for them, toxic management, frauds in everything. Pay, benefits. JD linton worst manager here, dont know how to treat drivers or employees - egoistic & racist. Too much politics with drivers.
