DO NOT USE THEIR ABMS!As mentioned in the previous reviews, the ABM ate my cash deposit and did not add the funds to my account. I've initiated an investigation and was told to wait 4-6 weeks to hear results.I went in to speak to a Customer Service Rep and was told that the manager will check the ABM for any errors/balance the cash and see if my money is there, then call me back within an hour. I've waited the whole day and have not heard anything and it's impossible to reach someone at the branch by phone.

Worst service from one of the managers. Even though they were not able to help me, the asian manager didn’t even try and acted as if she did not even care. Please have the managers of this branch go through customer service trains again.

HiiThis bank service is worst. One of my friend deposit 1500 cash in his bank’s ATM , but he got only 1000 and then he confirmed from the bank they told him wait for 1 month we will investigate but 2 months gone and nothing happen.

Bank machines don't work and multiple managers at the branch don't care or care for any level of respectable customer service. Argumentative multiple managers that have very poor communication, and even worse personal or.soft skills. Stay away, unless you want billion dollar banks to treat you like garbage. My favorite quote from the 3rd manager, maybe the ATM doesn't like your money. Wow.

Worse customer service, called multiple times no one picks up the phone. Customer service centre told me who’s availble and once I called since 9am until 2pm no response or answer. Manager doesn’t answer any of her calls. Poor service with this Scotiabank location. Hire new people who care to support and grow your business Scotia

Small branch, not that busy and so favorably, the service is fast. Customer service is great. The young lady at the counter (i just failed to get her name) is friendly and accommodating. She helped address my complain to her superior named Pratima who is also more than willing to help. Great service! Thanks.
