My item was done fast and on time, however I was taken back by the attitude regarding it. I was told there were no promises that the gum stain could be removed, and I understand that, but when I picked up my item the associate looked at it and told me it was removed! I was so relieved. However, as soon as I grabbed the item, I could clearly see the stain remained. When I pointed it out to her, she said “oh I didn’t notice it at first” and that was it. Next time, I would appreciate a more honest acknowledgement of wether the stain was removed or not…

The woman at the counter is always positive and helpful. My kids love the jar of jube-jubes. This week the service was so fast, normally the turnaround is a couple of days, but I got next-day service at the same price. Happy to support a local service.

I am really disappointed with what they did to my purse. It looked far better before the cleaning. Now it all covered with some yellowish spots
