I took my mom here to make a new set of partial dentures, she said she had a great experience with Susan as she was fast, efficient and she also liked that she was bilingual (speaks English and Chinese), which made it easier to communicate, great clinic would highly recommend

I would give 100 starts if I could. My dentures were 15+ years old and very poorly made . When I would smile all anyone could see was gums. I finally have my new dentures and I couldn't be any happier. My whole face and smile has changed for the better. They look so real. I am so so so very happy with my dentures. Life will be so much better . I'm just so very pleased and I would recommend Susan Leung to everybody. 100/100. . On top of everything she is so nice and welcoming

A great experience! I am an out-of-towner and had to fly to Vancouver to have this done. Susan was able to fit me in and get the dentures done in 3 appointments. They fit perfectly. I am back home and do not need any adjustments. Too bad in a way because I thoroughly enjoyed my visits there. I highly recommend Susan and would be amiss if I did not mention the office staff who were very helpful.

My mother hasn't had most of her teeth for years and has had a terrible time with her partials. I really felt bad for her as she struggled to eat and her front upper teeth kept falling down....besides, her old dentures didn't look natural at all. I was referred to Susan by my dentist and my mother and I couldn't be more pleased. Susan was so professional and knowledgeable and listened to my mother's concerns and came up with a solution using a firm metal partial. Wow what a difference! My mother can eat everything and she has a new take on life! I cannot thank Susan enough.. My whole experience from beginning to end was so positive.

Susan and Alisha are the best! I previously had seen another well known Denturest in Richmond, however, was not happy him. I searched out West Coast Denture Clinic and I have been with them ever since. My husband and a few of my friends have also gone to Aliisha and Susan and are extremely happy.Susan and Alisha are very kind, professional, accommodating and I have never had a problem with any work I have had done to my dentures, including having new dentures made quickly and without any issues. I would highly recommend West Coast Denture Clinic for any type of dentue problems!

Susan is meticulous and knowledgeable, which resulted in perfect dentures. My partner has dementia and change causes anxiety, but Susan and Viola were very kind and reassuring, communicated well, and built trust with both of us.Dentures are a big investment, and we were totally pleased with our experience at West Coast Denture Clinic.

I brought my mother in to get her dentures made last month and she was so happy with the fit and the aesthetics. Now she is able to eat and is very happy. Susan is very friendly, speaks Cantonese, and knowledgeable about dentures. I would recommend her to anyone who needs dentures.
