Bikini Village Yorkdale Shopping Centre

I walked in her and literally walked around for 5-7 minutes with no other customers in the store. 3 employees were present and talking about their weekend plans. They didn't even acknowledge my presence let alone help me. I walked across to Sporting Life where I was promptly helped and spent my money there.

I visited the Yorkdale Mall location yesterday evening and was really happy with the service I was provided. Nikki was helpful and knowledgeable. I picked out a couple of suits I wanted to try, and she offered to pick out a few for me too. She knew about all the features of the bathing suits, the promotions that were going on and how they were supposed to fit. I really trusted her opinion. I was there for a while, and she was never pushy or rushed me at all, and she was always there to bring me another size if I wanted. In the end, I bought two bathing suits that Nikki picked out for me that I fell I love with and made me feel great! I am super excited to wear my new suits from Bikini Village on my upcoming trip!

I called that number and on of them said to me I don’t have any choice and they didn’t accept it

Went in hopes of finding some last minute swimsuits. Wasn't greeted by the staff at all though the 2 girls there did make eye contact so they were aware I was there. Wasn't offered any help whatsoever so I decided to just get one bikini bottom instead of spending as much as I had intended. The items are cute but the staff definitely needs some customer service training.

I went to Bikini village looking to buy a bathing suit to fit my new mama body since giving birth. Since my body changed so much I had a very hard time choosing something flattering while feeling comfortable on. I went to Yorkdale mall and was helped by Aishin. She was very attentive and patient with me while the store was soooooo busy ( it was a Sunday afternoon) I don’t usually write reviews but because her customers service was outstanding I wanted to help other people who may require genuine help and care like myself and I hope her HR office will see this and reward her accordingly. I highly recommend this location and Aishin for all your swimwear needs and if you want true 5 star service while finding great quality bathing suits.

I went this morning and the girl working there was super helpful and nice. Helped me find exactly what i needed and was willing to show me lots of options. She had an amazing positive attitude !

I bought a few cover ups from bikini village, while packing for my vacation I realized that they forgot to take the tags off my purchases. They also marked my receipt as final sale after they said that I could return my products. I felt used after going to this location. Not a good feeling.

A sales associate told me the promotion on an item that the manager said was not included, while I was at the cash register and ready to pay the manager corrected her and they did not honour it even though the sales associate told me that ALL Tropik brand bikinis were buy 1 set get the next 1 free. Poor policies and integrity, very bad business practice.
