I ordered several items from their website, I later received an email that none of them were in stock and would take 3-4 weeks to get. Not sure why they have items that they don't stock on their site, to only then send an email to ask if you want to cancel your order?

Shipped my order out within 2 days and received my tools the same week. Love it!

Great place to shop, great deals on tools and decently fast shipping for a small company. Usually get my stuff inside of a week. And I love that they are Canadian owned and operated.

10 starts if I could give it. Order was processed right away and shipped same day. Order arrived next morning which these days is unheard of. My after sales question was answered clearly and immediately. Best selection of product, best pricing, absolute best customer service, Don't buy your tools anywhere else!

They sent me a product different from my order. So there sending me an upgrade from what I ordered, awesome!

I was going to order a hex key and the price was good. When I went to check out I discovered they wanted $20 dollars shipping by fedex ground(3-5 day) from London to Hamilton and there was no option to ship Canada post which is about $8. I ship through courier and mail so I know this is ridiculous!

These guys work hard to get you just about any tool there is. Sometimes they are out of stock on items but unlike other sites that only list a few things, these guys will hook you up with anything and everything if you can wait a few days.

Ordered a new Makita angle grinder, only to receive an email stating that they didn't have it in stock, did I want to cancel my order, substitute it for another grinder or wait approximately two weeks for delivery...?One month later, two unanswered emails I resorted to opening a dispute with my credit card company to attempt to get my money back.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!NO PHONE NUMBER to call****Update - I did finally reecive shippment notice that my new grinder is on its way - AND YES IT DID ARRIVE****Not impressed, will not buy from again.

Was sceptical to order based on reviews but took a chance with a tool combo kit on sale. Surprised because from the time the order was received Monday morning, since I ordered over the weekend, and it was at my door the next day. Maybe I lucked out they had exactly what I wanted ready to send out the door but overall I’m impressed with the quick turnaround.Only criticism I have is that it wasn’t packaged or wrapped in a cardboard box and it was left on my doorstep clearly exposed to what it was (a red box with a picture of tools on it) so luckily someone was home and I was checking my cameras as it was delivered. I’m sure it saves time and cost but might be nice for the package to at least be concealed to avoid possible weary eyes walking by.

I have tried to order online from from this company twice and same thing both times, they call you a week later telling you they don't have stock and want to sub another tool. Its easy to have a good price when you don't have the stock to sell
