Worst service, no professionalism. Mrs Cong isn't prepared, and no clue before appointment.

I strongly recommend Miss Jenny Gao, excellent service. Her patience and professionalism saved me a lot of time!

Waited 50 mins in line and I only had 2 ppl in front of me and then was with teller for another 25 mins while she validated for no reason who i was when I was depositing corporate cheques in my corporate account which I’ve deposited form that client before and I gave my Medicare card and showed my drivers license.Unreal. The teller was not mean but the wait is unnecessary. There was a lineup after me of another 10 ppl and this bank should have 5 tellers on a Friday or any given day.I only went to this branch bc my wife had an appt next door and I figured while I’m waiting I can go deposit the cheques. I don’t depsoit then on the app or atm bc I want to pay out to my team or collaborating brokers immediately but not going back again.Bmo you have got to do better.

Terrible service. This national banking institution refused to exchange money for money. Needed to exchange a simple, Canadian $10 bill for coins to to use on public transit in the city of Montreal (because they have not moved to 21st century). Absolutely disgusting to not allow someone to exchange one Canadian legal tender for another (bills for coins) without being a client. Just proves why I still don't want to do business with BMO.

Zero professionalism.!

The lady in-charge at the counter is very unprofessional and emotional. I went to close my account on 11 May 2023 ,2:30 p.m. because they have been charging me 16.95$ every month (for 7 or 8 months) since my student account changed automatically to that account. The assistant at the counter was talking to the lady in-charge back and forth to her. Then she came to the counter and talked to the assistant that “you know what. it’s easy. just close and give her cash” and then told me that “ you know many customers are like that. they closed the account and tried another bank then came back to us after going one big round….”How unprofessional!

This bank is severely under staffed. Service time is HORRIBLE. Had to wait 30 mins in line with only ONE TELLER!! In DOWNTOWN!!!’????? Come on.. and I STILL NEVER GOT SERVED. You cannot be creating brand new accounts and credit cards at the teller. That is done in the office. The line should be moving!! People have stuff to do.. just horrible
