LED Pros - LED Signs & LED Lighting

I had a very poor experience with this company. I did not contact them; they apparently noticed that some of the lighting on my sign was out and contacted me. They told me that to send out a technician it would cost about $250 to show up and inspect the sign. After numerous phone calls to my office, up to 4-5 times per day, I agreed to have them come look into it.On the scheduled date, the tech showed up, and after looking at my sign for 5-10 minutes, he came into my office and informed me that because my sign has neon lighting there was nothing he could do and walked back out. Then he sat in his truck for about 20 minutes. Then he came back in my office, said that he was going to check one other thing. He then got back in the “bucket” elevated himself back up to my sign, and stood there talking on his cell phone. He was speaking in Mandarin Chinese, which I and one of my staff members are both fluent in. He kept telling the person he was talking to that he didn’t know why he was up there, and he had no idea how to deal with this kind of sign. Then he got down, didn’t say another word to us, and left. I feel like he was told by his superiors on the phone to stay longer, so they could justify billing us. He did absolutely nothing.I later got a call from someone else from their office, who informed me that to switch the lighting on the sign from neon to LED, would cost me $2,000. Today someone from their office came unannounced to my office and proceeded to argue with my staff while I had clients in the office. They dropped off an invoice for $252 to pay for the tech who showed up and did absolutely nothing for an hour.Overall, I found them to be very unprofessional.

Our non profit organization purchased a sign (affordable price). We are very happy with it even now after 4 years. All lights are flawlessly working and it looks great just like when it was installed (pic from 4 years ago) great quality product!

Anna was very helpful throughout the process - and installers Deon and Mark did a great job given the challenges of drilling through 10 thick concrete. The new signage compliments our older building and looks great

My company purchased a digital LED sign from LED Pros 4 years ago. I recently took over the messaging on the Sign and the Laptop used for the sign died. I contacted LED Pros and they have been extremely helpful getting us back up and running.

After the company who installed our LED sign stopped maintaining the brand they installed (4 years ago) and suggested a $20,000 upgrade, LED Pro's came to the rescue and fixed the LED panel for approx $500. Huge savings and great service. Always a fast response to any requests and great communication. Highly recommend!

Hi , it is great store with fantastic service at 6739 50 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6B 3M6 . I went there on January 12th 2023 at 11:38 am . The lady named Cathy，she was helpfully, It was snowing outside , she opened the main door for me nicely and she patiently taught me how to use LED apps and finally all the questions were solved . I definitely would like to recommend this store to my friends!

Excellent job on our sign.They are great at staying on budget, they work quickly to create drafts, and they were friendly and accommodating through the entire process.I mostly dealt with Anna and she worked very hard!
