I called them and asked to fix something there store hours said they’re open for 75 mins but he said they were closed. Smh

I went to this location today to drop off a pair of used car tires. They were one of the companies listed by the Resource Productivity & Recovery Authority as a place to drop off tires. The clerk told me that I would have to pay to drop them off because he has to pay for the green bin and the bin was full. I told him it was my understanding that there was no cost to drop them off. When I challenged him on the cost he told be not to worry and to bring the tires around the side of the garage. I drove around the side of the garage and he came out to meet me. There were stacks of tires, with plenty of room for additional tires, and he then told me again that he couldn't take the tires. ??? What was he expecting??? I got in my car and left, with my tires. Shady.

This Manager is often not courteous in his responses. Sometimes he even hangup and blame the phone. You ask for clarification, his reply is This is Green Ross, meaning I will do the way i like..

Took my vehicle in for a diagnosis and when it was returned was making noises that it wasn't when I brought it in. When I confronted the employees about said noise, they acted dumb like it wasn't making any new noises and dismissed me, even though it clearly was.

ALERT!!! ALERT!!!ALERT!!!Beware all. I have seen many scammers, but they are the number one.1. They checked my brakes and never even tightened back the screws of the packing while closing. After couple of days, the packing came out. Never seen such irresponsible people in my life. Stay away from these people for your safety.2. For a simple brake fluid change, they want the whole brake disc to change. They want 1.5K for the same. I took it to BMW authorized service and they said the brake pads can run for another 25k.Scammers at large!!!

Absolutely horrible service - do NOT bring your vehicle here!I had ordered tires from blackcircles.ca and had them shipped to this location for install as it is the closest to where I live and had good reviews. A blackcircles.ca rep called me after I placed my order and selected my install appointment(Saturday @ 8am) and let me know that this particular location does not do appointments on Saturday, it is first come first serve. Cool, thanks for the heads up, I will check when they open and show up 20mins before and hopefully I don't have to wait.So I check their website and google, it says they open at 8am on Saturday(this was April 24th). So I show up at 7:45am and there are no cars in the parking lot. I wait until 8am, no one is there. Wait until 8:30am, still nobody there. Went and got a coffee and came back at 9:30am and still no one. I am ready to leave when someone finally shows up at 9:45am and they go inside and turn the lights on. Whatever, I am patient and go inside and let the gentleman know I am here for an appointment to get my tires that I had shipped to their shop installed. He has no idea what I am talking about, is trying to sell me tires for about 5mins until finally I get through to him that - you have my tires, I need you to install them.He says OK, but that he has to wait for a manager or someone else to show up but I can leave my car. I say OK and get a ride back home. An hour later someone from the shop calls me, asks me what the car is there for and after I tell him, just hangs up. I call them back and ask, how long do you think it will take to finish and when can I pick it up, he hangs up again. Finally call back and they say about an hour or so. I pick up the car and all looks good.A few weeks later and I have to take my car to Ford for some service. I drop my car off and a few hours later they call and say they can't get my wheels off, because the wheel lock key is completely shredded. I know for a fact that key was good because 2 weeks prior to me taking my car to Active Green & Ross I changed my winter tires myself as I do every season. I picked up my car and looked at the wheel lock key and there is no steel left inside where the lock is, and one of my lock nuts is all scratched and has chunks taken out of it. I had to order another key from Mcgard, pay $20 for it, wait a week for it to come and and more importantly now have to wait another week until I can get my car back in to Ford for service. OH, Ford also said they over torqued all of the other lug nuts.These guys are completely and utterly unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. Please, do NOT bring your car here if you value it at all. The fact that they used an impact gun on a wheel lock should be all you need to know.
