Was hired in June of 2019 on the 7/7 maintenance schedule and was promised work for the upcoming shutdown. They let myself and 2 others go after only 1 week! My suspicion was poor planning, and they hired to many guys. I was given no reason to why I was let go except that I was still in the probation period and they didn’t have to give me a reason. Very unprofessional.
