Best ice cream I have ever had, coconut with gummies bears, strawberries and cookie dough .. amazing. The staff is very friendly, would highly recommend.

Amazing place for ice cream! It was our first time and we were helped a lot by the staff (forgot to ask their names). Tried the strawberry cheese cake recommendation and it was lovely!

I dont normally write reviews but I felt the needed to for this location. This place is amazing, mainly due to the customer service. The workers we’re so kind to me and my family and have even recommended flavours, toppings, cones, just always going above and beyond. 100/10 rating :)

The moment I stepped in, the first thing I shouted was “WOW”. You’ll see bright colors every where. Attendants were extremely courteous and helped us select our best pick. Lady in Hijab (Sorry I forgot to ask her name) was very attentive,polite and friendly. She was patient all through out. We are definitely coming back here for more flavors

Just a small issue. Not related to the items they sell as well as the customer service! The service is very good and professional. But the business owner as well as the manager should have the complete knowledge regarding the procedure of UBER EATS delivery. Uber doesn’t provide any kind of bags and it is not mandatory! The staff was asking me to cancel which is none of their business! I travelled all the way from other side of the city and when I reached their the staff was like I can’t give the order without bag which is not compulsory.

Very positive experience at this Marble Slab location. The staff were very friendly. They even make you feel welcomed in the store. Service is quick despite being busy and having a lot of orders. They work well as a team and communicate with each other.I had a pleasant experience with the girl who was serving me. She was always smiling and made it easy to select a flavor. Got to taste some prior to deciding and chose all my toppings (even got to add more when I changed my mind after she was almost done mixing it all).I really enjoyed the ice cream here but it's mostly the amazing staff team that would make me want to come back to this specific location. Great job team!

Amazing customer service and amazing ice cream. I have been going here with my kids since they opened. They greet them by name and generous with toppings! They’re patient and alway make our kids feel welcomed. Ice cream is always fresh and delicious! Love chatting with the friendly staff!
