La dame manquait de politesse et de professionnalisme ce matin quand j'ai retourné l'auto.Et il y a tjs un long temps d'attente qd je vais chercher l'auto.Je ne recommande pas cette place.

I could not have had a more horrible experience at this Budget. Instead of the compact sedan I had reserved, I was given a Dodge Durango (8 seat truck). When I explained that I wasn't comfortable driving such a large vehicle and that it would also cost me about $200 more in gas extra (I was driving over 12 hours during the rental period), I was met with rudeness at every turn and an unwillingness to accommodate my needs. I even offered to take a bus or uber to a different location and/or wait extra time if necessary, to get even a slightly smaller car, despite being on a very tight schedule. This was completely rejected by the staff.Following my experience at this Budget location, I called the general phone number to inquire about my experience and see about cars at another location, and the man on the phone told me that whatever the guy at the location said is what our policy is" and hung up

They have no cars here, you will have to wait. They also try to scam you into accepting the car is undamaged without seeing it, AND accepting an insurance deductible even though you already paid for it to be zero.

The service is highly dependent on who is helping you. The first person that was helping me basically had no idea why I was being charged more for my reservation than what I had booked, claiming they couldn’t see any details on the computer. The second person seemed to know what he was doing and was able to figure out the problem in about 1 second. So I was glad that gentleman was there.However the car they gave me was supposedly an upgrade to suv (that I didn’t even want due to the gas usage I’d rather have had the smaller car) and the brakes were totally defective. They grinded on each other with a horrible mechanical sound. I stopped by another location and they changed the car immediately stating that the brakes must have been a problem for a long time.Go here if you must.

They overbooked cars and I was the 3rd being told after 30min of waiting on the line up that they couldn't give me the car I booked with them over the phone. I missed the event I had in Québec because I couldn't find another car elsewhere. Don't book with them. Worst experience. Waste of money and waste of time.

Il y a indiqué AVIS en grand sur la vitrine mais ils travaillent aussi avec BUDGET. Les deux jeunes hommes au comptoir étaient très sympathiques. On a pris le véhicule à Québec et rendu à Montréal, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les 2 agences et le service a été rapide.
