I brought my RAM 1500 truck to look at a steering issue. Bruce and Ryan both did a amazing job diagnosing it and how they went above and beyond to fix it and make recommendations. I always feel taken care of at Jiffy Lube Masonville! I get my oil changed there, as well as other maintenance. The team is really good about explaining things/walking you through what they're doing. Last time I was there, Bruce and Austin were a dynamic duo taking care of different things before I left for a 3 week trip! They made sure I was ready to go!

I took my car for an oil change there last week, they are the best. Customer service is top notch, they did inspections and explained everything in detail. Very good workers and friendly. I will definitely go back there for other services. Highly recommend.

Paul was fantastic, his team was quick and efficient, didn't try to rope me into anything, even taught me a little bit about my engine and the car maintenance. I really appreciated the easy going and professional manners of the whole staff. Made a great start to my day. 10/10

Always professional and courteous. Technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to explain any questions regarding their services and we’ve never felt pressured into anything that may not be required. Definitely 5 star service!

Paul was extremely helpful during my oil change service today. He and the team were diligent and informative. He let me know what additional services should be considered either now or in the future and offered quotes so that I could shop around if need be. I always trust the team here to do an excellent job and they are absolutely improving the longevity and health of my vehicle.

Not sure how my last oil changes i never had no issue with my oil pan or drain plug , but upon bringing it to them for a oil change the mechanic is underneath of my vehicle for 20 minutes stripping my drain plug and stripped my oil pan. Now I'm forced to pay out of pocket extra hundreds of dollars to another mechanic to fix their problem that they caused. Extremely unsatisfied with the level of service this place provides to customers this is the second time i’ve had a experience like this with this place. If there was a no star rating option id select that because a one star rating is even generous compared to the level of professionalism and mechanical work they do. Regret not taking it to a legit mechanic whom is honest and trustworthy compared to these con artists. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN I SHOULD OF LEARNED FROM THE FIRST TIME THEY BUTCHERED MY CAR.!!!

Do not recommend. Have gone for decades but today was full of new owner says we can't do that." Nothing against the staff but I won't be back. No place to sit and wait now except the grass (or they try sending you to the mall or library). Also

I drive for work and in the middle of the day I realized my battery was going. Stopped here to see if they could help before ending up stuck and unable to start the car. Very prompt and helpful service… explained all the options and found a solution so I could get something that worked and be on my way back to work. Thanks Bruce, amazingly friendly and helpful customer service.
