Gordon Park Housing Society
This is a housing society through which members have a right to occupy property in Gordon Park Village in Kelowna; the society performs administrative functions such as collection of property taxes, structure maintenance, and the raising of revenue via condo maintenance levies. The village includes a number of resources such as reading library, gymnasium, workshop, function room and kitchen, and other benefits. The society sets rules including minimum allowed owner age 50, no pets, rentals, and no alcohol in common areas.

As a member of GPHSociety I'd like to know if we are in any form involved with the, Comdominium Home Owners Act, or, the Strata Act of BC? Becuse we have a Special Meeting coming up, called Depreciation Report " To me it seems like they are tell us we belong to
