it just seem like they dont hav time for u even when u book appointment in advance and its not even so busy. the haircut and style was good though but seevice was terrible

Very sweet staff. Kelsey was my stylist. I was very indecisive as to what color I wanted. Kelsey had the patience to help me decide. And also she is very gentle with the hair. At the end, I loved the result. Thank you so much!!! I would totally recommend this L’Atitudes and Kelsey❤️

Loved getting my hair done at this salon. Julie was amazing in helping me pick on a color and advising me on my choice. She was gentle, helpful and very kind. Will definitely recommend and I will most definitely continue going here.

From the moment I walked in it was a bizarre, terrible experience! The receptionist (Tenesha I believe) was typing away, never greeted me, never so much as looked up in my direction. Another young girl noticed this, and came up and unenthusiastically got me set up with stylist Mark. I walked in, there was no Mark, I had no idea where his chair was etc. I stood awkwardly for a moment and took it upon myself to go use the washroom. This is where I found Mark on his phone. There was no introduction, never asked my name. Aside from asking me whereabouts I wanted my highlights, I swear to you the man never spoke more than 2 words to me the entire time. I looked around and no one was talking to anyone, never saw even a hint of a smile. It was like being at a funeral. On top of this there was a nasty co-op student, dirty look on her face the whole time, just staring at me and then back down at her phone throughout the process. The receptionist was just as uninterested in me at check out. In all fairness, my highlights look good. But as far as customer service, or really just basic human communication goes, this place was severely lacking. A cold, impersonal, unfriendly experience. Will never return.

Beside Re Lex Salon in Brampton, this is another good salon close to my place in Durham region turned out to be a good choice. Won't say about other services or hairstylist, but Jessica knows it well. Jessica...my girl, you totally get me!

Colleen is my go to hair professional.She is quick and easy going and turns my hair into silk every time I visit.

Last minute booking, great cut and service. Best thing about my last minute booking, They picked up the phone. Called 5 other shops in Durham, they were the only ones that answered.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Colleen work on my hair. She has transformed my hair from damaged brassy orange blond, to a beautiful salt and pepper in 1 SITTING!! She is MAGICAL. I can now allow my grey roots to grow in naturally. Honestly, what she did for me was life changing!
