Antony was very professional, informative and efficient. He worked really hard to do the best job possible. The carpets look better now than they did two years ago when cleaned by a different carpet cleaning company. They dried quickly as promised, and the sanitizer left a nice fresh smell. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Always amazing service and they somehow are able to remove the paint and other things my kids spill on the floor. The price is great too for the quality of floor cleaning they give. Will always go with them for my carpet cleaning.

The carpet cleaning was done thoroughly and yet so quickly! Antony was friendly and pleasant and was able to get out some hard-to-remove paint stains as well as an ink stain from a previous house owner. Thank you so much!

I do not usually have time to stop and give a review, but because I was so extremely impressed I just have to take a moment and say so! I did not think for a moment that the furniture I wanted cleaned could actually be helped because of years of soiling and ground in stains but your man made it look absolutely amazing!!! Wish I had taken a before and after picture. The price was good, the service was excellent and a very helpful and pleasing technician Anthony!!Loved the personable secretary on the phone as well. Thanks for an exceptional experience with your company!

I found Chris was very friendly & knowledgeable. My only minor complaint was that there was spots sprayed all over the one side of the coffee table & also on the hardwood floor - probably from the machine. I appreciated him giving me an idea on the sq footage of my tiled areas so that I could consider getting my tile & grout cleaned in the future.

$2892.75 Later- Brighter Day ChemDry did a great cleaning, except one linen closet the guys did not open. A few years later I still have sticker shock. I have talked to other ChemDry Franchises and found that each franchise can set the pricing where ever they want and I was double charged for certain products. 3 Large bedrooms 700sqft and 44 stairs in our house that needed a good cleaning and yes cat urine stains which they did a good job. I paid $2892.75 to Anthony. This was before prices went up in the last couple years. I wish I had done my research and asked other ChemDry companies for a quote. BEWARE of pricing.

Overall, my experience with chemdry was amazing. They arrived right on time and got to work right way. While doing the estimate, they went above and beyond explaining the process and what makes their company unique and definitely better than any other rentals or services. I was impressed how quickly they were able to get the job done since I got 6 bedrooms cleaned as well as a rug and a couch. Just like they promised, it also dried in record time so there wasn't issue getting work done. I would definitely be using their services again and recommend them to all my friends and family for not only their exceptional work ethic but their friendly customer service. Thank you so much guys! But I believe special thanks goes out to Antony and Chris for all their hard work.
