Could use some more real staff or adjust sensitivity on self checkouts so they don't need staff assistance so often. One staff member serving cash and stopping mid transaction to fix self checkouts during busy time of year.

I usually buy bird suet cakes and peanuts in a shell here. Bluejays and Raven just love peanuts in the shell.Only problem with this store is there are checkout there but nobody on them. They want everybody to use the self checkout. Seniors have a problem with self checkouts. So if they want everyone to use the self checkouts then they should get rid of the employee checkouts.I for one. Would rather an employee check my purchases rather than use a self checkout.

Love their Halloween selection. Some items is a hit or miss. Dont even both asking the staff for something. Theyll just say if its not on the shelf it isnt there. Line ups are usually long there. The younger staff is friendly, majority of the older staffer is very impatient and sometimes rude at the counter.

Massive selection of various household, craft, gift and snack items with varying prices from less than $1 to $4. Usually well organized and clean. They offer a great selection of seasonal decorations as well.

Use to love shopping at this store but during the past 3 to 4 months the service has become outrageous. I shop there usually at least once a week and the line up for the check out has been anywhere from 9 to 14 people ahead of me, with only one cashier. I sympathize with the employees as they receive the brunt of the customers' dissatisfaction. From talking to the employees I have learnt that this is all due to management commitment to ridding the store of full time workers, (which happen to receive health care benefits, etc) to just part timers with no benefits. Another example of CORPORATE abuse. Shame on you Dollarama.

They recently added self check out so it was nice to have that option. I had a gift card and it could not be loaded at self check so the employee took me ahead and rang it in. Was very nice of her.The only problem was they could have had more staff working..especially seens its Xmas

Great variety. Cute and inspirational journals & notebooks. Pet supplies. On trend hygiene supplies - toothpaste, baby supplies, wide range of male & female hair products. Amazing Craft supplies. Cleaning supplies for the whole house. And so so much more!5 ☆☆☆☆☆ . MUST VISIT.

My only complaint is that sometimes the checkout line will simply become long. In their defense, a cashier will quickly call others to come forward and then the wait time disappears.Its a great store for finding very cost effective alternatives to most brand name items.
